Zero stars if I could give it. Worst customer service. I will be switch banks . Would rather drive to the Wells Fargo on Albemarle Rd rather than visit this location.

Excellent, professional and friendly service! My first experience with this branch of Wells Fargo and I couldn't have been more impressed. The banker I worked with had the unenviable task of plowing through my late father's estate - to make a long story short, I am a satisfied customer.

The first thing I expect when entering a branch is a warm and cordial greeting , i didn’t receive that, I had to greet everyone myself to find the person I was meeting with and also my time is extremely imperative so I was on time for my appointment but my appointment started late with no apology. So please bring a more professional and friendly attitude to the customers no matter origin or background please.

I need a night deposit key so I don't have to take off work to make regular deposits. Getting the key apparently requires a bank manager who I guess is not there on Tuesdays. I went for a second time last Tuesday April 4th and once again left my name and number for the bank manager to call me but still nothing. All I need is a night deposit key and they're acting like I'm asking for access to private information. The first time I tried to do business with what used to be called Wachovia Bank was over 20 years ago now. I deposited my student loan check with them and was told I needed to wait 10 days to receive my debit card in the mail. I asked if they could give me an instant issued one or some starter checks because I needed to pay for tuition within the next two weeks, they said no just wait and they'll expedite the card. Over two weeks pass and I'm about to get kicked out of university for non-payment and I still haven't received anything. I went into the same branch I opened my account in, took a cashier's check for the total balance and went next door to Bank of America, deposited the check and got a debit card activated before I even left the bank! You know what, I'm still waiting on that debit card too!

I have been with well fargo for over 8 years. Never had a monthly fee till DEc of 2022 which I didn’t noting till today. I called customer service where I was notified that the police has change and that I have to maintain a minimum family balance of 500. I did not received a noticed and never agreed to this terms. I will be looking for another bank and canceling all of our house hold accounts with Wells Fargo.

If there would be 0 star rating, I'd gladly have done it. I went to this location yesterday to withdraw 3K. I waited at the line more than 30 minutes, and when i finally got my turn to speak to the teller, she told me she can't help me because she is not a teller, I've asked her why was she helping the people in front me and all of sudden she stopped being a teller when it got my turn. She told me to wait tight in a very rude way, without answering my question.When I waited another 10 minute standing at the teller, I yelled at them asking for help and then she comes threatening me that she'll make me leave.I lost the appointment I've waited more than a month because of this branch. I had no option to go to other branch it was Miles away.This girl she said she was a manager has to go otherwise wells fargo will loose a lot of clients because of her stupidity and Her rude behavior.

Don’t bother to stop at this branch. Female banker told me I’d need to go online and make appointment. I couldn’t wait and be helped. Terrible customer service. I see no reason to bank with WF. They can’t be bothered to help you. Bank with someone else, who cares

I went to this location yesterday to withdraw money. I waited at the window for 20 minutes after they took my slip. I waited patiently until I pushed the call button and ask if there was a problem. The fact that they let me sit there without letting me know there was a problem was ridiculous. The fact that they gestured to my husband to wait when he asked why is was was taking so long. Tell me what’s going on so I can make a decision if I want to wait that long. After the long wait they decided to let me know about the issues which could have been dealt with better. I won’t be coming back to this location.

I posted to the wrong bank initially, this is the actual location. I deleted original review. This branch won’t allow in person operations. There are people inside but they won’t let you come in. So I had to drive 15 minutes down the road to go to a different one that would. Ridiculous

The Mint Hill branch is the worst.It is always closed and the ATM always has problems. I am thinking of closing my accounts. Need a reliable bank.

We were waiting to open an account and nobody helped or greeted us. I guess they don't need new customers.
