Went to the branch through the drive thru.. the teller wasn’t friendly and made me wait for over 5mins, only to tell me to come inside (no problem) the teller at the counter was friendly and professional.. after my counter transaction was completed, I informed her that I would like to speak with a banker to open another account. I was instructed to have a seat and banker would assist me further.. I sat for almost 20 mins. There were available bankers sitting in there offices on their computers while I was ignored. No one came to greet me or to apologize for the wait. Absolutely horrible customer service! Definitely made me feel as though my service didn’t matter. I do not recommend this branch.

I love coming to this location. The reps are so friendly and nice every time I come in to do a deposit. Def my fav location.

Fleta banker is the soresta week ago went open a business account. She brushed me off the first time I came back a week later, sat down and started talking to open the business account. Extremely agitated impatient very rude banker I can see why they have 2.8 rating in this location

The lady at the front was extremely rude, she asked me to leave because I did not have an appointment, even when the branch manager told me before I could come early and they will help me.I came to the bank 1 hour before they opened to be sure I was the first on line. They still refused even there is no customer because some of the appointments did not show up

This branch supposed to close at noon but they are always closed way before that!!!! Many times I go there at about 11:50 am and they’re already closed!!! Misleading and very unprofessional!!!

I have been with well fargo for over 8 years. Never had a monthly fee till DEc of 2022 which I didn’t noting till today. I called customer service where I was notified that the police has change and that I have to maintain a minimum family balance of 500. I did not received a noticed and never agreed to this terms. I will be looking for another bank and canceling all of our house hold accounts with Wells Fargo.

Waiting for 1 hour for stuff then guy told he will get me after waited for an hour then he said he can’t , what kind stuff is that either u fulfill u going to assist me or take an appointment not after I wait for an hour never will ever go Wells Fargo banking and I just Closed my accounts went to different bank Truist bank

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Not just for this location but the company in general.My family has done private banking with these folks for over 20 years. I recently just uncovered that my OWN MOTHER with the aid of the SVP of the private banking team, stole OVER $200,000 from me. I am 21 years old and trying to start a life, and Wells Fargo put me in debt, saying that I spent all of the over half million I had through their network. They tried to convince me that I've spent 200,000 this year ALONE. From 18 to 21 they say I've spent a half million dollars. I haven't even seen $50,000 of that money at once let alone $500,000. That would be getting handed LITERALLY 20,000 a month, for 12 months, in a total of 2 years in order for me to even get to $480,000. And yet I'm in debt 10,000. DO NOT TRUST WELLS FARGO . They are LIARS ( lied to by my OWN ADVISOR on company policy. Told me I couldn't get MY OWN PAPERWORK.) They are THEIVES. And they will do ANYTHING THEY CAN TO RUIN SOMEONES LIFE IF MONEY IS INVOLVED! Do NOT trust them for person, private, or any type of banking. BEWARNED NOW!!!!

There was two vehicles in the drive-through at 4:50 PM 10 minutes before the place supposed to close I went inside there were three people behind the teller section and I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes and I said it’s already past five and below the lady told me sorry you have to wait it was on the one lady upfront and took three people 15 minutes

I went to the branch because I needed to change names on a business account and the previous key signer had a bad accident where she could not go in person and you would think that in the middle of a pandemic there would be virtual options to resolve these issues but no. Let me tell y'all the banker in person Fleta Magee is a MIRACLE worker!!! She was so nice and helped me out a lot!! I was able to get everything resolved. She went above and beyond, I appreciate her work and will continue to do business with Wells Fargo because of Fleta Magee.

Fees, fees and more fees. Absolutely ridiculous bank. Takes more of my money and give so little interest. I should take the time to move to another bank .. but which one.
