Don't come to this branch if there is one closer please save time and energy by going to another. The blonde lady always has terrible energy her attitude is disgusting. I'm literally about to close my accounts due to my experience with her. You guys need to get rid of her asap

The employees are racist and very rude. Everyone noticed I walked in but not one person attempted to assist me. All of them were on their phones acting like I wasn't there.

Absolutely terrible experience at this couloak drive bank location. I will never go there again. One teller, multiple transactions per person. Completely ridiculous. Teller got transactions wrong multiple times.

Well Fargo are scams your account is not secure they let anyone get into your accountAnd they won’t give u you all your money back and when u ask for the money that’s already in the account they won’t give it back at coulak location in Charlotte I had to go to another branch where I was able to get it back they are so busy discriminating that they can’t do they job
