Worst customer service ever. Waited in drive thru 20 mins. Only heard “one moment”. I had a mobile order so I know the drill. You tell them mobile order with name and they say pull around. After waiting 20+ mins I pulled around and stated I have a mobile order only to be told “I’m in the middle of an order”. I said you cancel my order. You can’t expect me to just wait and you not give an update, apologize because your service is extremely slow. Staff needs to be retrained and manager fired. Drive thru time has to be extremely long. Car behind me still hasn’t pulled up. Throw the whole restaurant away. Don’t even deserve 1 star.

I put in the application for this particular Wendy's. GM is calming he has not looked at the application. Fast food business is racist because they delay or application from a white guy. The manager hired one of my friends because he is black. I would appreciate honesty if the manager just tell that I'm not interested. Lying and making me wait longer makes me more mad over than being upfront.

Fast food without the fast part.. inside is better but drive-thru.. min 10 minutes per person.. 2 cars in front — that’s a 30 min wait.. EVERY single time there’s a line an someone leaves the drive thru cuz it’s taking too long.. food is ok but definitely need to improve the drive

The slowest Wendy's I know of in Charlotte. Drive thru usually takes forever to place an order. I have been here several times during the day and it took about 20 minutes to get an order in the drive thru. The dining room isn’t much faster.

This place needs to be shut down immediately. Bad food and extremely slow service. This isn't even a restaurant. It's just the worst workers in Charlotte inside a building.
