So I came to Wendy’s two nights ago. Their system was acting up charge me three times for a meal that cost $14.72. The manager jason on duty realize that his POS system was charging and it wasn’t going through on the backend. don’t know why, but it charge, me and my girlfriend three times jason made it right that night and refunded us one of the three payments so he told me to come back so he can do the refund . I drove all the way to Pineville to get the refund done and the lady with braids and glasses who I’m guessing is the manager on duty told me that she can’t do anything for me. I need to dispute it with my bank.She was rude lax customer service, so she shouldn’t even work there. I’m a district manager and I’ll run multiple shops. If you don’t have any customer facing people they shouldn’t be managers. I’m not the type to leave a bad review but it was a waste of my time and I can care less about the $14, it’s just a principle of it why tell me to come back over here if that was the case you should’ve told me over the phone dispute it when I called. I am the district manager over the Grease Monkey here in Pineville and I most definitely tell all of my customers not to come to this Wendy’s. She had the opportunity to offer me a gift card asked me if I wanted anything to eat today to make up for the $14 pretty much she told me to kiss her butt and get out.

Big flat screen tv and high top seating, in addition to window seating. One of the few Wendy’s location in Charlotte where you can actually sit in dining room and eat without an extended wait. When in this area for lunch and want to eat healthy. I grab a salad from Wendy’s off park road—just above the intersection of E. Woodlawn and Park Road.

Their customer service is staggeringly abysmal.The staff is rude.They are completely, totally, and entirely incompetent.DO NOT put-in an online/mobile order seeing how they give people's purchases to just anyone without confirming the receipt.They're like a boat w/out a rudder: directionless.

HORRIBLE service. One car in front of me. Sat at the drive-thru order area for 10 min while he waited in that single car in front of me. He kept saying one moment please. When he FINALLY asked me what I wanted, I found out they were out of chili which is the only thing I was going to purchase...at 4 pm on a midweek day.The previous time I was there I guess I hadn't learned my lesson. That time I sat at the window waiting for someone to take my payment...meanwhile, I could see both the cook and the counter guy standing around and texting while I and another customer waited for our food.I would give them a zero for service. I will never go back to Wendy's.

This was my first time seeing all the bad reviews. First, the lady was rude, second I asked for the number 10, and they gave me the ghost pepper sandwich, which is not something you want to get wrong because it's super spicy, I asked for SWEET TEA, this is the worst/ unsweetened tea ever, the fries were soggy and cold, I've noticed as well you guys run out of everything definitely, think this location won't be up for long. But I won't be returning. Save your money.

They never open on time and nothing is never ready. I feel sorry for the opening manager because she’s always opening by herself with no help. Upper management really needs to come and check out their store. There’s one lady that works in the morning sometimes in the morning that do not need to be in the drive thru window because she always gets the orders wrong then you have to turn around and go back. Nobody has time for that.

This is BY FAR the worst Wendy's location and I would not care how far I would have to drive to avoid ever going to this location ever again. We have given them a shot twice and both times we waited obscene wait times, half of our order was missing, and their service was awful. If you're considering getting food at this location, don't waste your time.

My burger was so severely overcooked that it was shrunk down to less than half the size of the bun. Is was burnt and very dry. Not even edible. Very disappointing and unacceptable to serve to anyone!

This location consistently takes an exceptionally long time, and even then still manages to fall short when it comes to getting the order right. The two nuggets meals I just ordered were both short two nuggets and the fries were only half filled. And I almost never get sauce when I ask for it. On top of that the cartons appeared to have been just thrown in the bag as everything was dumped out when I received it. Save yourself the time and go to Chick-fil-a or cookout.

I've been a Wendy's fan for as long as I can remember. I read my first word sitting at a Wendy's table. I used to live next to a great Wendy's. This is NOT one. Last time, I got half my order. My fries were wilted and cold, and my chicken sandwich was soggy with brown lettuce. This happens every time here. This one needs new management or ownership. This one is rotten. Avoid.

I would rate no stars if I could. This Wendy’s has always been terrible, from the managers to the employees. They are sloppy and just out right disrespectful. I went to this Wendy’s for a DoorDash order, sat at the speaker for over 30 minutes after I was told it would be just a couple minutes because they were doing cash out. I finally went to the window and was met by the manager (short Hispanic lady with glasses) she already had an attitude and was being nasty to me so I told her I was a manager at McDonald’s for 6 years and it does not take over 30 minutes for cash out and she tried to refuse to give me my DoorDash orders and slammed the window in my face. I sat there until I got ONLY ONE of my orders after me and the manager exchanged not so nice words to each other. Then a employee (tall dark skin man with a gray scruffy beard) ran outside of the store to my car trying to get me out of my car so he can fight me (I’m a female btw) he threatened me with a (gun) he had in his pants supposedly. That was the first incident. 3 days ago I get another DoorDash from them and when I get to the window all the employees plus the manager run outside and surrounded my car trying to assault me. I’ve called the police and made a report and will be pressing charges on the man. I called the corporate office about this and they said I would receive a call back but of course I received nothing because apparently corporate doesn’t care about their customers safety from their own employees. A full sweep needs to be done to that store.
