Very nice place never seen one with a fireplace..the lady that helped us did not speak good English it was hard to understand! At least our food order was correct! Very nice people.

Somehow, no matter what Wendy's I go to (I travel a lot), the place is always dirty and smelly. This is one of the most newly built I've seen, and yet the trash cans in the dining room are overflowing, there's strange fluids on the floor from people tracking in stuff.The (men's) bathroom is MISERABLE. Foul stench of left behind waste, and the floor is drenched in more mystery fluids.I should also note this was my third visit since moving to the area, and it's been like this each time. I was hoping it was a one off, but it seems Wendy's employees aren't given time to clean properly.

Waiting for more than 15 minutes for a two item order that was paid for ahead of time through the app is beyond unacceptable. This is a management issue. Counted at least 5 vehicles coming and going through the drive thru while I was still waiting. I will not be back.

Some of the most incompetent staff I've ever met. I came here because it's a new establishment and looked great. I normally don't eat at Wendy's, but my family wanted to eat here. I made the wrong decision, clearly. I had a great offer in my Wendy's app, so I called the store and immediately asked to speak to a manager so that I can expect 100% accurate info. I asked Jessie, the manager, all I want to know is if I could scan my qr code from my app and get my points. I wanted to know this before I drove all the way up to the store. She said NO and if I didn't have a barcode, I couldn't do it. I told her numerous times I didn't have a barcode, but I had a qr code from the app, and she kept telling me it wouldn't work. I ended up just placing the order online. I get to the store and tell them my online order. They say oh OK pull up to the window. ON THE FIRST window of your building (which was closed), it says: [On A Sign IN YOUR Window] to "show your code to get your points" I will attach a photo to prove this.... anyway, they said is there anything I can help you with. I said yes, one more thing. I want to get my points for the order. Jessie argued with me for a while, saying that since I didn't tell them upfront, I couldn't do it. I literally told her that I just called and spoke with you moments before I arrived, and you said you couldn't do it, but it has on your window that you can. She argued the point that it was my fault I didn't tell her upfront and that I told her I didn't have a barcode. I attempted to educate her on a qr code vs. barcode, and she wasn't having it. She closed the window in my face and started talking to another employee. Not to mention, I DID NOT ask anything until after I got my food, and when I looked in the bag, they couldn't even fully wrap a burger. On both of them, there was a quarter of the burger hanging out wide open. DO NOT recommend!!!

For a wendys their pretty good. I visited the drive through on my trip and got the $5 biggie bag. Everything I ordered was in the bag including the sauce. Did have some issues at the window when paying with cash, they had the wrong order pulled up and for some reason couldn't get my order pulled up. Once they got my order pulled up the lady had a hard time figuring out how much change to give me.

Came in, ordered 2 fretzel baconaror and cheese fries. Got a chicken sandwich and a regular baconator.Line is long and there seem to be other people having similar issue. Already wasted an hour here my job can't wait for longer so can't even come back to ask for refund or remake. I worked at fast food restaurant for a whole year before and not once i made such a blatant mistake.1.6 star since out of the three item I ordered only 1 was right. I would have given 0.5 star if weighted by dollar. But too much time to waste for that

Excellent service from the staff and the best thing is that the manager, if you need something, helps you personally, the bathrooms are very clean and the tables are clean, excellent service and a very good fast food place in the city.

The manager was unprofessional as well as her staff. They had very nasty attitudes. The young man tried handing out the food without me paying first and I let him know I had to pay first he snatched the food bag inside the window and proceeded to do other orders meanwhile the manager and the rude young lady working the drive thru window giggled and engaged in a conversation.
