This Publix is very RACIST!!!! Bobby the white store manager comes off very racist does not show willingness to help black customers. He has bad energy. Very unprofessional and needs to be replaced. I will contact the district/regional manager to advise of his racist behavior. I think he came from the RACIST Clover SC store. Management is very Racist at several stores. 1 manager was telling the guy employees to watch the black customers. Also criticizing what the black customers were wearing.

I dropped off a prescription at this location and told the Pharmacist I was going to wait which was going to be 30-45 minutes. I was fine with that but after hanging around and wandering around the store the other lady behind the counter asked if she could help me. I to.d her I was waiting and she looked in the computer and she said I had 4 prescriptions which was wrong and he had not marked me waiting. Another 30 to 45 minutes and I left. While I was waiting the first time I noticed the pharmacist talking and talking a lot and laughing. I believe he did not have his mind on his job and that is very dangerous in his field. He could really hurt someone or cause a death with the wrong meds. I spoke to the store manager the next morning so hopefully someone will take a look and speak with him. Be aware when you leave with your meds from this store they may be wrong if he filled it.

I always enjoy shopping at Publix but after the excellent service today, I love Publix. After one week at home because of quarantine, we decided that our "outing" would be a drive to pick up a few groceries. Returning to our car, we found no response from trying to turn on. The battery died from disuse. At the service desk they called the manager MICHAEL who retrieved jumper cables from his truck and assisted in connecting our car to the battery of a gracious lady who offered help. In no time at all, problem solved and we headed to dealer to replace the battery. Publix employees are always gracious and helpful. Michael went above usual curtesy to rescue a customer in the parking lot. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I come to Publix for my lunch break and always order the garlic and herb tofu salad & add hummus. I usually go to the location on southern blvd but I started coming to this one for a week. Today there's a new employee who wants to charge me a dollar extra for hummus when I've been coming here every lunch and paying the same price. On top of that she took 5 minutes to find the Tofu and get everything together and waits right before assembly, after she toasts the tofu, to tell me it's an extra charge. She brings out the manager and she says yes it's a dollar extra and I don't understand because it's not a meat it's a vegetable product and it's "your choice of veggies" whatever throw t away . I'll have Mac and cheese instead . It's 1230 and they don't have Mac and cheese ready til 1pm. Thank you for wasting my lunch break.

This store has outstanding customer service. I've been greeted at the door by the Manager and employees have gone out of their way to help me or just to be pleasant. I love shopping here.

This review is for the whole store - does not include the deli department because they are terrible. This is my favorite publix and I absolutely loVe the cleanliness, great selection and amazing customer service I always experience here. Have never had a problem with expired or old food, and have always gotten what I was looking for. The events planning always goes above and beyond and the bakery has some of the best talent around. Very pleased to shop here every week. I'm from Florida so I'm used to Florida Publix's (who basically have the customer service of Chick-fil-a) and even though no Publix's up here come close to the Florida ones, this one is close as far as customer service goes. The deli is terrible, but most delis at publix seem to be. They always have an attitude, they always take their time and they always look like they hate their life. Real morale problem. They will not go above and beyond for you, they will not try to make your shopping experience amazing because they don't care. Please for the love of god don't ask for a buffalo chicken sub because they will abuse the poor thing to the point it's unedible.

Customer service is going downhill, recently lot of bad experiences. If you ask a question in the Meat dept, the answer is "if it is there then it is available". Manager is "0" helpful, even after feedback. That shows the overall direction this is going. Going back to Harris Teeter, they are better in our area 28277.

Let me start by saying this Publix is always clean the staff goes above and beyond to meet dietary needs and meet requests. I come here for their hot bar and I save money. They have ready made dinners that are a good value and can't wait to return.
