Harris Teeter usually has very fresh produce! It's like the Chick-fil-A of grocery stores. This location in particular is always clean & shelves are normally fully stocked. Their store brand Turkey bacon is literally top TWO when it comes to good quality and flavor. This is one item that's hard to come by but when it's in stock, we like to rack up! They are priced higher that other grocery stores like Walmart or Food Lion but there's a few items I like to buy from HT.

Definitely one of my favorite grocery stores in the area. This location is always clean and well organized. I am huge fan of their bakery, deli, and meat department. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It can get a bit crowded if you are shopping after work or on the weekend but I will say they do a great job of maintaining stock. The self-checkout lanes are definitely a plus for those who may not have as many groceries.

HT used to be my go-to grocery store until they started requiring their employees to get the jab. The Supreme Court ruled against this so you guys are breaking the law. Go woke Go broke.

This Harris Teeter is my home store. It's conveniently less than 5 minutes from my house. The store is always clean and well organized. They always have wonderful produce clearance and bakery deals. They could do better with having more lanes open for checkout. However they have a load of self checkout. Harris Teeter 4821 Berewick Town Ctr Charlotte, NC 28278 (Review 649 overall, 194 in 2021)

Good grocery store and good place for lunch if you like a salad, sub sandwich or sushi. Grab a Starbucks drink while shopping or on the way out. The store is well stocked and the salad and sushi is fresh. Use the seating area near Starbucks to sit for lunch if you like. Better than a drive through line!

The store is clean and bright. Haley did a quick and efficient job blowing up balloons for me. She was friendly and helpful. My first time using this service. I will definitely use it again

This is a great grocery store....but the best part is the custom made sandwiches at the deli counter! I was in CLT for business and my hotel was right across the street. For 3 days I had Noemi make my delicious Boars Head honey maple Turkey sandwich with Swiss cheese. The BEST sandwich ! I hope to be back soon!

I stopped in at Harris Teeter while staying nearby for business. I hadn't been to a Harris Teeter before but they seem to be a staple in the area. The entrance was nice and clean with the familiar grocery store layout. Fresh produce, bakery, deli sections all located around the perimeter with the rest in the center aisles. I did find a decent selection of plant based meat alternatives here but they seemed a little pricier than normal for me. I got some fresh veggies and hummus along with a few other things and used the self checkout. I found what I needed quickly and was on my way. The employees seemed helpful but I didn't interact directly with any of them. I would go back when I'm in the area again.

I've shopped here many times on a regular basis and it's been pretty good, but this particular time I had a huge problem with one of the associates there. I understand that it is near closing time( an hour before) and everyone is ready to go home, but that honestly doesn't matter because every customer should be treated with respect. My sister and I was going through self checkout and a message popped up that we needed help from an associate, So an associate named Ray came over. He seemed like he didn't know what to do, so my sister( a former associate of HT) told him he needed to put his cashier number in. He exploded and was VERY rude. It is absolutely ridiculous that an employee can act like this with customers. I've never had an experience like this at Harris Teeter. Ray was very unprofessional and should be either fired or retrained.

Telling this to our Community and Neighborhood HOAs, so our neighbors are aware Harris Teeter does not care about our lives, or the spread of COVID-19. Have shopped here for years, but family and I will not set foot in here again. Harris Teeter refuses to enforce Covid mask protections, despite it being State Mandated Law and having signs out. I'm a husband with immune issues, confronted two other men (out of three maskless guys just between Customer Service and the Bakery), who told me to "mind my business", despite explaining about people like me. One was actively getting pizza by the open station while being served by staff. I found and explained all this to the Store Director, expecting support for our Community Health. They did not. I pointed out that it is State Law, and they have signs up that people have to wear masks. Director said it's HT Policy to "recommend" not reenforce the Mask Law. Glad to know we can pick and choose what laws we obey, and profits are more important than health and life. Us, our neighbors, our neighborhood, and the two large HOAs we are a part of will be made well aware of this blatant, callous, and ugly disregard for the safety of their (former) customers.

This is my routine grocery shopping center. It's not the nearest to me according to Google, but it seems like the most convenient. I've been a big fan of the Teets ever since moving to NC. They carry a great selection of beer and wine, their deli is rockin Boars Head, and the gals who work the prescription counter are the nicest people you'll meet. Everything else is your run of the mill (Kroger, Vons, Giant Eagle) type of grocery store. It's not a 5 star Teets though because they could do better. I've received the wrong order on the online order pickups, one worker at the meat counter decided I was done for me and moved onto the next person before I was actually done, and they seem to run out of things often. I've been to other Teets and I still prefer this one, but I wish they would up their game.

I called today and spoke with a very friendly man named Julius. Julius checked on a product that my son uses in North Carolina. I was hoping to find it at Harris Teeter since my son shops there. After Julius checked I asked him if there was a Whole Foods located in close proximity. Julius did an internet search and let me know the distance for my son to travel. Great customer service!!!!

Customer service is great here and I've had pleasant visits, always finding what I need. My big complaint is that the chopped fruit bowls are horrible. I've given it too many chances thinking maybe it was just my bad luck. I will never buy fruit from here again.
