The people are friendly enough but my god if you're in a hurry this is not the place. They love so slow and talk on the phone to family/friends instead of helping customers. I've never been at the pharmacy less than 20 mins.

While at the register today, I noticed that your clerk was using some sort of headset, covered by her face AND head covering, effectively obscuring the fact that she was on the phone. This clerk provided me with the wrong product, which I noticed when I got to my car. I came back in and informed the clerk, who was still on her phone call. She took my incorrect order and the processed to help the 2 other people at the register, still while on her phone call. Then, when I finally got to the register for a simple exchange, she asked me for my receipt. Seriously???? I give my receipt and she's having some sort of technical difficulty making the exchange so she calls for help. Now, I'm aggravated. Had you not been on the phone while helping customers you'd have gotten my order right the first time. I ask if there's a manager there, she says yes, but doesn't get a manager for me to speak with. Then she asks me for my ID! You're kidding me, right??.. Employees should not be on personal calls or listening to music or whatever when they are helping customers. It is rude and disrespectful. You're there to do a job, you're not getting paid to be on your phone conversing while assisting customers. So, after not receiving good help or getting the manager I ask for, I take my purchase and call the store for a manager from my car. No need for me to waste more of my time waiting for help not given. The same clerk answers the phone and puts me on hold. 4 mins later, the same clerk comes on the line and ask how she can help.... Um.. "I'm waiting for a manager" to which she replies, get this... " Oh I'm sorry, the store is very busy right now, please hold". Come on!!! I was just in the store and know exactly how busy you are not. Trying to contact the complaint department at corporate is a joke too. Web says press 4 to do that, but that doesn't work because of their phone settings with Covid. So now I'm sitting on hold for 14 mins while writing this review. Horrible customer service and rude clerks are my experience at this location.

I literally waited at the drive thru window for 15 mins before someone even acknowledged me. Three people in there and not one came to ask what I needed til after 15 mins passed. If you do use Walgreens do yourself a favor and dont come to this location.

A quick stop to hit their ATM that's in my network and also pick up some over-the-counter stuff that my daughter asked me to get. The store is tidy and organized with a short wait at the register. The store is well lit, organized and clean. No trash in the parking lot. I easily found what I needed. [Review 12968 overall, 284 of 2020.]
