I had an issue with an amazon return today, however Courtney from the Waverly Whole Foods location stepped in to help me and saved me a 40 minute trip there to resolve it. Thank you Courtney for going above and beyond! You are very much appreciated! L Snowden

There is absolutly nothing special about this store, if anything service and items are getting more and more scarce. It seems the employees hang out together and the customer is just a necessary evil. It seems the new answer when you ask about a price or product is well It has nothing to do with me.

My partner and I went inside and I'd thought to myself, "I've been to this Whole Foods store before" which kept my mind busy. I love going to Whole Foods for fresh produce and a few other items. I gathered some grapes, because I had a taste for some and a package of water, which was stocked on the top shelf ??♂️. But we prevailed. I'm surprised there's no Sabra Olive Tamponade Hummus(I think I spelled that correctly lol), but I may be thinking about Harris Teeter having that in stock.I gathered a few items and was interested in the Asian kitchen that they have set up, but was unfortunately closed and I didn't see their hours of operation, to make a future stop inside. Meanwhile, the cashiers were ending their shifts soon but I was able to gain the service of one. He was polite and serviced our order well.I enjoyed our visit, and may come back in the near future to check out their morning and early afternoon cafes.

First time in your store. Not knowing the layout I couldn't find the item. I went to the front desk and told your clerk what I needed. Told me where they were. Picked them out and to the register and out the door.Clean store, helpful people and the product I purchased was excellent.

This is bar far the best Whole Foods I've experienced in the country. Specifically, this location does its best to keep items in-stock during rush hour and holiday shopping. It's generally not overly crowded unless you go Sunday morning or any weekday when school is in session and moms are there before school pick-up. It's conveniently located and parking is pretty effortless. The clerks are very friendly and helpful. The store is laid out very well and clean. Also, there is a very good Amazon pick-up/return center.

I love coming to this location. The staff is experienced and professional and this is by far one of the best Wholefoods in the nation, in my view. The meat department, specifically Dan and his team always provide the best selection and quality of meats. Dan and his team always deliver and I would not buy my meat from any other establishment. Thank you to Dan and the WF family in Waverly for the best client service and experience!

Disappointed today. This is my go to store for organic options when I can’t get them elsewhere and I’ve always enjoyed my visits. My first disappointment was when I went to get an organic no sugar matcha latte (which is hard to find elsewhere) i found the cafe closed. Apparently they close it at 2pm. Ive been to other whole foods where they are open much later. The manager said they can’t staff it but Im not sure they try. Secondly visit to the restroom was also disappointing for the caliber of store and shopping area: dirty bathroom, toilet paper empty and hand soap empty. I told the manager but she didn’t apologize but rather just said she would let “them” know. I also wish they would carry more bulk options of nuts and seeds and dried fruits. I’ve always had great experiences with staff and Amazon returns but this experience wasn’t great. Side note: I wish WF would update their app to function better for the customer. Not sure who to talk to about this tho.

Whole Foods located in the Waverly Shopping Center at 7221 Waverly Walk Ave, Charlotte, NC 28277 is a great store for fantastic food choices. Great variety of meats and seafood both fresh and frozen. Excellent Wine and Cheese section too. Store is clean, well stocked and the employees are helpful and friendly. Upscale part of town, and it shows. Very well kept! Parking is plentiful.

Waverly Walk store: Extremely disappointed with the quality of produce. Purchased bi-color sweet corn and one of their 365 salads last evening. Had them for lunch today. The corn qualified as what I know as "cattle corn". Kernels were mostly so dry they were wrinkled when shucked. After steaming, the ears were tasteless to nasty. The salad was on par with Aldi bagged salads at best. As long term shoppers, we've watched the changes from the REAL Whole Foods of years ago. The quality is gone, so many of the reasons we used to shop there no longer exist (e.g., the bulk bins, the great produce - both quality and selection, vegetarian options). Sadly, it is time to admit Whole Foods is dead. This was our final visit to the living corpse that remains.

Terrible hot food selection. Very picked over deli. Uninspired overall. Worst part is the gnarly traffic getting in & out. Parking is also a struggle. Why would anyone go here on purpose??

Easy to find the specialty items for cooking. The store carries homestead creamery milk, which is one of the better brands of milk bottled in a glass container. If you like yogurt, try Skyr Icelandic Provisions. The customer service is always courtesy and knowledgeable of helping find what you need.
