I wish I could give NEGATIVE 5 stars. This branch is in need of serious overhaul as far as training and delivery of policy and procedure. I open an account with a branch manager who tells me to call her Shaq, she never once informs me of any holds placed upon my funds. NOT A SINGLE MENTION. So I get paid, take my check to branch on 11-24 to deposit into my account, They process my check THEN when it is too late inform me that my funds will be on hold until December the 5th. I refused to accept that, I was given 300 dollars of my pay to 'tide me over' till the check clears?! Obviously the check is clear or NO reputable financial institution would hand over such an amount correct? I have called since Friday, told this and that finally today I have a branch manager receive my call via the customer service department and was promptly hung up on by the gentleman who says he is the branch manager?! Perhaps Shaq ran off with the rest of my pay check, who knows. Regardless this bank is NOT professional and they have no bedside manner whatsoever. I would highly advise you to use another, more reputable institution. I have since stopped my direct deposit and will go back to a more secure branch.

It have very bad service if Ur card got not working at night there are not emergency no to call even when they say 24 hours service just a lie.I don't recommend this bank at all

No stability. Employees and managers are moved frequently, so developing a relationship is impossible which leads to misunderstandings and unnecessary frustration and delays.

Great service been with then over a year and never had an issue. Those complaining on here probably complain everywhere they go. If you go out and most always get bad service its probably you! The ppl that work there are always nice and respectful.

Was told I wouldn't get charged for something and was charged anyway twice, now my account is overdrafted. Only had this account for 2 days. Already want to close it.

Today was the worst experience I have ever had visiting this bank. I have never had any prior issue with them before. I came in to do dispute in regards to unauthorized transactions. Not only did the the woman that was putting the transactions for the dispute was giving me attitude she had no customer service skills didn't even ask me how I was doing or what she could do for me she just advised she could take the next person while I was standing in line. She acted has she didn't want to help me at all because of the date of my transactions and proceeded to ask me if I had online banking. Yes, I do but that's not what we're discussing at the time. People over look transactions all the time and I will admit we sometimes have a down fall of not paying closer attention to our accounts as we should. The woman next her straight out said that if she didn't feel comfortable with the dispute that she could refer to customer care. I came to this location looking for assistant not to contact customer care. I'm loyal customer and I have also referred others to you. It's sad to say I work in the banking industry and I very well could have a team member account with my own company however I have chosen to stay because of the experience and the workers I have encountered that actually care about their customers and want to help them succeed financially while providing outstanding customer service and to add as I keep referring to “she†no name tag was present and that is also extremely unprofessional that I don't know the representatives name that was “ assisting†me. If I could give the 0 star rating I would.

If you ever need to talk to someone on the phone, be prepared to use this app. You'll end up having to call around from location to location. I was there last week. There were 6 staff members and 3 customers. The ph rang and rang & everybody was ignoring it. I've noticed this countless times at different branches. My account has been hacked 2 times in 2 years and I've had the most difficult time trying to get their help. 2 days ago, I went in to fill out additional paperwork. Today, they called and said that my account was negative & wanted to know when I'm going to do something about it. I've been disputing these charges for weeks and that's the only reason why they called? Then I asked if she could see on her end that the charges were being disputed & that's why I haven't deposited the money. Then, they immediately hung up. No update on any of my issues, just hung up. Do yourself a favor and choose a reliable bank. The only perk with woodforest is their hours. This bank is trash!

Robert Kulbe was welcoming. I believe he said "How are you doing today?" And that really made my day. I'm aware we all have different personalities, and all. But regardless a warm greeting shows. I don't know if he was genuine or not but his demeanor appeared to be. And Even though we had a misunderstanding I pulled myself together to listen to him and on the other hand he listened to me too. The transaction took about 7 minutes, but he explained to me what he did in a way for me to understand. The others may talk too fast and if you do that its like trying to catch up to a racing car. So when their done your like "??" Cause you don't understand. He brought me my ID Card back and I appreciate his patience and Easy going way of doing things. Thanks Robert! It's not just about Getting done what the customer needs. Its ALL about HOW you get it done. And Robert did quite well.
