I will not use this location again ever if I can help it. I’ve used woodies at a different location and never had any problems.. this one ..they told me my car was ready last Friday and when I spent money on a Uber to get there they said it wasn’t ready and that the person that was supposed to call me left early. There was no accountability or help to me given the fact that bc I couldn’t plan for this I wasn’t able to travel and see ny parents that live out of state. Today they told me the car was ready at 3pm and when I asked for a shuttle ride and was told there were just 4 people ahead I assumed I would get a ride. By 4 pm still no ride. Again no accountability or compensation for the Uber I had to catch in order to make it to my next appointment in time. Their customer service is awful ?

I have been taking my vehicle to Woodies for many years, and they have taken care of everything in a timely manner. I trust them with my vehicle.

Woodie's has always been friendly and forthright with me, whether the job is as simple as an oil change or complex as the replacement of lifters, cams, etc. which I recently needed. Their pricing and service has proven to be better than the dealership and they have won my business.

I was down in Charlotte from Connecticut, and my brakes sounded awful by the end of the trip. Woodie's took in my car, got the job done, and returned the car to me on the same day, meaning I didn't have to extend my stay. Great, fast service at a fair price!

I’ve used them for upwards ten years. They have changed mgmt and employee and it’s resulted in poor diagnostics and workI told them something was amiss with my front right brakes. There was dust all over the rim. Other brakes were fine. They said nothing was wrong. I could feel the brakes didn’t work well. They told me I needed a tune up since it was 100000 miles. They ended up replacing two coils because they broke off during the install. I left there with a 1300 bill. A day later my engine light came on and my engine started sputtering badly.I took it to the woodies near my home. They said all the coil should have been changed and they found the caliper frozen on the brakes. I’m very disappointed in this location.

I tried really hard to make them my “go to” service department buying extremely expensive Michelin tires for over $1000 going back for the first tire rotation and adding an oil change. Something I’ve done with my cars at 5000 miles forever and they just blew it. My Toyota dealer used to get me in and out in a couple hours for the same service. I had to leave the car there all day long. They called it 130 after I dropped it off at 9 o’clock and asked “where is the wrench for the tires their locked? I said I don’t know. I’ve never had that call before and the car is five years old, I tried to call them a couple times during the day and I couldn’t get through. I was on hold for six minutes and hung up. I finally got a call late around 4 pm so. I asked for them to send the shuttle. They said the shuttle was done for the day. The next day a part they removed to drain the oil fell off and was dragging on the bottom of my car. They caused it, no doubt, and they denied it when I asked them if that could be their fault So I’m going to get it fixed at a dealership not the place to go if you want to own up to a mistake and to do what’s right as a business

Great communication and a quick turn around on some tires. Prices were good and Daniel went the extra mile with customer service. They've earned a return customer.

I have an old car and the repairs and parts they quoted me for were exorbitant for a pretty cheap and easy fix - cost me 200 in parts and 2 hours of work and they quoted over 1000

Really a mixed bag:Daniel and Josh were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The repair got done and seems to have been done well. But it took 6 more days and $500 more than originally quoted. After the repair, there was a new ABS light on for a broken sensor that occurred during the repair. While they did originally try to make me pay for the part, they did come around to correcting their mistake for free.Ultimately, I think their shop is good for the simple stuff, but anything more complex just take it to the dealership, it’s about the same price anyways.

Been to this location twice to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it’s useless. Paid almost 300 dollars for a diagnostic and pressure test, and then they quoted me for a 1000 job. Took my car to a different mechanic and paid a fraction of the cost. never again

Can’t even make appointments correctly; walked in for an inspection after calling the day before and being told a drop-off time. Make it on time for my drop off and was told there was no appointment and had to come in another day. Waste of time

Beware!! I don't know if all of the Woodie's locations are like this one, but if they are, save your money and go elsewhere. I was charged $267 for a diagnostic and a pressure test that apparently took over 1.5 hours to do (I took my car to a different mechanic after this and it took them 30 min to run these tests). Mind you, this is just to find out what is going on. Then, I was told that to replace the radiator cap, temperature sensor, and gasket set (the last two it turns out were not needed to be replaced to fix my car's overheating issue)-- the total would be just under $700, making this an almost 1000 dollar job!! I'm not even getting my radiator replaced & I find that ridiculous. Honestly I don't even want to think about how much THAT job would cost. I ended up going to a different mechanic who replaced the radiator cap within 20 minutes and it was a fraction of the cost. This is my 2nd time going to this Woodie's location, as I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I won't let them screw me over again.

Josh found the tire warranty that I had forgotten and thus did not charge me to fix the flat tire. He was able to squeeze me in without an appointment.Service: Tires

Shady spot...Recently went to this location for an oil change before a road trip. Typically, I go to another woodies. They tried to sell me a new battery, brake fluid flush and overpriced filter changes for 700 plus dollars, but I declined. One hour into my road trip the oil light comes on and after having it looked at it turns out they didn't put enough oil in the car! (Fortunately, it wasn't so little that it caused engine damage). I was told my brake fluid is fine as well as my battery. My husband replaced the filters for 30 bucks (cabin and engine). I wouldn't recommend or trust this location at all. They clearly tried to get over on me and couldn't even complete the one job they did correctly.
