They have tonns of reps and tons of requirements while u hauling a load. Try your luck to get in touch to get paid. Be ready to spend months. Stay away.

Stay away at all cost. Carriers have no choice but file claim against their bond and sue their customers for freight cost recovery

They post loads that need to be moved but don't answer the phone. Hung up after a 20 minute hold, which is much longer than typically allowed. Hopefully your customer used someone else to get their load moved.

Worst delivery company ever. They lie and do not communicate with the customer. Our time is just as important as anyone else. Tim over delivery’s is very rude and mouthy.

I own a small trucking company and I hauled many loads for them in the past. All I can say is that XPO or it's subsidiary RXO have absolutely terrible customer service. It is impossible to reach anyone from accounting, they don't even have a common courtesy to return a phone call or an email.They will be available to you while you're doing work for them, but as soon as you're done they simply don't care anymore.
