So I had to try it out for myself, the fried shrimp! And boy let me tell you, it was good! It was good to see something different on the menu other than chicken. They gave you size shrimp and nicely seasoned too. I will be going back. Oh, I forgot, I ordered a side of coleslaw, and the handcrafted lemonade (strawberry) was refreshing too.

This zaxbys is trash. The manager Yolandra has zero control over her adolescent staff who felt the need to be disrespectful when asking why they couldn’t take orders at the window and speak over her (the manager) when asking what is wrong with placing orders at the window. She should be replaced immediately and a new staff should be hired there! This zaxbys always closes early and seem to never have enough staff to care for customers. When asking why they are always under staffed Yolandra just shrugs and says no one wants to work. Unacceptable. They are utterly terrible and corporate should terminate every staff member at this store.

Food was fresh and hot. Perfect dipping sauces. The tea is homemade and reminds me of my grandma's. Love this place. We ordered the 3 price and the 6 price with coleslaw. White cheddar cheese bits with ranchFood taste so fresh!!!!@

I'm on a diet and one of the things that I enjoy while staying within the diet is a salad with chicken and I tried out Zaxby's salad entree and have been very pleased. The drive-thru service is excellent and the seem to care about the customer experience.

If you have a taste for good wings, DON'T come here! I'm floored. I feel like I literally just took $14 out of my pocket and put it in the trash.I ordered mild traditional wings. I asked for them to be cooked crispy. These wings were terrible. Very low quality chicken, super soft, fatty and bland.So disappointing.

I ordered online for pick up in store. When I arrived the doors were locked. I called and the young man who answered the food was very rude,nor did he make sure I was the right customer who ordered the food. Poor customer service!!! The young had no customer service and hung the phone up on me in mid conversation when I called.

I go to drive thrus all the time and never have any issue. But when I went to this one, now I’m dealing with an obnoxious/immature kid who also can’t hear. I roll up, tell the woman to hold on one moment while I look over the menu real quick, which she understands clearly. Then after a second of looking over the menu and deciding what I want, I tell her I’m ready, she ignores the first time. I say hello, and then she mockingly responds saying hello multiple times. I ask her a simple question, she first acts like she can’t understand what I’m saying, mind you I am simply asking what are the options I have when it comes to how many buffalo wings I can order. Seemed like a straight forward question… I find myself having to rephrase this basic question multiple times and finally she gets it. Keep in mind I don’t have a unique accent or anything that should make it difficult to comprehend what I’m saying. She finally tells me my options and then when I tell her what I want which she fully understands at first, I simply ask her a second basic question basic question and all of a sudden she acts like she can’t hear me at all and is super rude about it with all this attitude saying now all of a sudden I’m talking low and need to talk louder which is dumb because she could hear perfectly fine a second ago and I never have this issue anywhere else. At this point I just drive off because I don’t have the time or tolerance for this level of rudeness and incompetence. Never did she say something basic like, sorry I’m having a hard time hearing you or anything remotely professional. Just ghetto and immature the entire time with all these different excuses, not to mention the line as per usual was beyond slow and long. I think she just got offended that I told her to wait a second while I look over the menu, which you honestly shouldn’t work here if that offends you and causes you to play games… Will definitely not be returning with all these options available, now I remember why I stopped going here for so long…
