I attached a video which includes more on my take on the facility. I deducted one star only because rags, multipurpose cleaner, and window cleaner was not readily visible in the vacuum areas, so I was unable to fully clean my car. To be fair, I did not go inside to ask if they stock these items for customers to use. The vacuum hoses are a little short if you have a midsize SUV like me, so if the person next to you is taking too long to finish with the side you need, you will have to pull into a different parking space to vacuum the other side of your vehicle. They appear to allow music here, so prepare for a possible cacophony of sound while detailing your vehicle. For a ride thru, see my video.

The sprayer has been broken for some time now then again they only spray one side. I always have to ride through again for my tires. It's convenient for the price.

Vacuums are really good! Car Wash didn't get my Honda HRV very clean on the outside.UPDATE: Went to a different location @ Wilkinson. Wash was excellent, got my back windshield under the wing. Vacuums had powerful suction. Will go back and hope my experience is like this all the time.

Xavier made my experience with your company one that I’ll remember. I was treated with respect, and his integrity cannot be questioned! I had an issue with my membership and being charged without it actually redoing my membership. He was knowledgeable about the issue and guided me through it. You guys got a lifelong member out of me just because of him and this interaction alone!! Thank you Xavier!!!

It was ok. $10 for the basic wash seems a little expensive and the machines were very rough on my car. Rougher than other places I’ve been in my opinion. Car came out pretty clean though.

Recurring transactions can’t be stopped or refunded. I called, emailed and still they refuse to refund me for a charge I did not authorize. I signed up for the $20 for 3 month TMobile subscription. I never wanted more months at the $40 a month rate. I’m having to call the credit card company to dispute this. Do not fall for promo rates. Just go to Sam’s express wash or even auto bell.

This was my first time at zips and definitely won't be my last. Xavier was amazing and extremely helpful, he explained everything to me and was very patient. I will definitely be returning to this location.

Not sure how my card was locked in and charged $120 for a membership when all I did was use it for 1 $10 3 months ago and when I called about the discrepancy all customer service wanted to do was keep me in a membership for a lower price for 3month's instead of trying to figure out how this incident happened. The services is great but if I ever need to go back I think I'm just going to use cash to be on safe side so this doesn't happen again.

This was an excellent work and also the new site manager was also nice and welcoming to me when I didn’t know what to do but also they came out and cleaned around the area when it was dirty and everything but also he was working in the rain

Staff is always friendly. Carwash does a great job. Vacuums need an upgrade on Wilkinson Blvd. Prefer Tyvola location. Thanks for all you do!!!

Xavier met me at the gate and was a blessing from the first second. Not only did he take the time to explain to me everything that the unlimited wash included in the trial period, he had a smile and positive attitude on his face the entire time. Been to this location numerous times, never had this kind of service. Please make sure you keep Xavier around! He is a real blessing!! You guys are lucky to have him!!!

Kiwan gave me a card with someone else’s name in it. I asked how much the basic wash was and he told me $20. He then went over to the gate and manually opened it for me. When I was in the wash, I looked up the prices and it was actually $10! My car wasn’t clean after and I confronted Kiwan and HE ASKED ME IF I HAD CHANGE WHEN HE LIED TO ME. I’d give a 0 star if I could
