“These guys know exactly what they are doing. Wife got a significant ding in her car's back quarter panel. CFW took it in in the morning. The following afternoon it was back in factory perfect condition and I got a call to pick it up. The ding was invisible. The paint was a perfect match. As a consumer, I couldn't ask for more. Just add to that they were very friendly to deal with. I feel like I have found another local treasure. They are top notch.”

“Tiny and his staff did such a great job on the Dodge Journey that had been sideswiped by 18 wheeler. Eventhough the driver did not stop after the incident to make it right with his insurance. We had to pay for the repairs and it was worth it. He came under other estimates by 500 dollars from a competitor of 4000 dollars or more. The picture of the Dodge Ram 1500 on his wall tells of how much he cares about his shops ability to do the job right. Awesome place to do business with!! May have another project for him down the road!!”

“Seldom give 5 starts however, in this circumstance it is warranted. I usually only do for over and above service. I had been visiting the area from over 7 hours away, driving through the windy mountain roads. The check engine light on my Jeep came on. I pulled over -(in the middle of no where). I opened the hood to make sure the fluids were ok (and check the manual) and as I did a truck stopped. A very kind women - Angel Selders- asked if we were OK and needed help. I explained what was going on and she assured me it was probably nothing (a bit of air in the lines) but I could follow her back to he job at Parts City and she would scan the Jeep and let me know for sure. I did as she instructed and she was right it was nothing! The peace of mind that Angel gave my wife and I being so far from home was priceless and I truly appreciate her kindness! If a store hires employees of this caliber they should be patronized! Thank you Angel for being a great human being!”

“Mantz was able to patch the hole in my tire within an hour of my arrival. Was also fairly- just over $20. They do not answer calls, and only do walk ins, which I guess may guarantee them business and avoid no-shows. Also, it was unclear who I should speak to when I first arrived.”

I was stuck and had forgotten that I took my toolbox out of my car. I was trying to make due with the couple of tools I had on hand, with only limited success. Then Scott appeared out of nowhere and helped me. Thank you good sir.

“We can’t say enough good things about the Advanced Auto Parts store in Bryson City. My husband and I were traveling when our car suddenly started having what seemed like serious issues. We stopped in hoping for guidance, and the help we received went far beyond what we expected.
Manager Wendy and employee TJ took the time to run a code reader and clearly explain what was happening. My husband is very handy but doesn’t have much automotive experience, and they patiently taught us enough to attempt part of the repair ourselves—and just as importantly, helped us understand what was going on so we wouldn’t be taken advantage of at a repair shop if we needed one.
We also didn’t have any tools with us, and they generously let us borrow what we needed to make a parking-lot repair. Their knowledge, kindness, and willingness to help were truly exceptional. ??
While we were there, we watched them assist several other weary travelers in similar situations with the same level of care and professionalism. It honestly restored our faith that this kind of customer service still exists. We are incredibly grateful and won’t forget their help!”

Although we had some trouble at first, this representative explored every possible option to get my stubborn battery fixed. At a job I would given up on with frustration, Kayla stayed calm, cool and collective the entire time while fixing my issue and got me on my way. Very blessed and grateful for the assistance.”
