There is no office. You can only call and I found the representative that answered to be rude and arrogant. We booked online and bought permits for fishing as well. When we checked into KOA Cherokee Campground we were told we weren't allowed to fish because of a tournament. I tried to comain that this was NOT noted on their website and she hung up on me.

We came we saw we left. Shop owners were rude across the board. With final comments "go talk to the chief". Well king lord bufu sitting bull we wont be back ever. And by the enormous number of visitors. None. You shops are empty your sidewalks are empty you are slowly become a drive through town. Go Cherokee Nation

Individual help! They helped me thru this quarantine. I was desperate for information and they stayed right on it until my issue was solved. Much praise!!
