It was my friend who was doing business with Crow's. They had towed her car locally and to me it seemed like they charged her an awful lot since they didn't have to go very far. Her bill was $1,000. But keep in mind that this is only my opinion. The other thing I noticed is the man in charge is not exactly friendly and I actually thought he was pretty hateful to her when she called to make arrangements to come pay him. If someone was fixing to hand me a $1,000 I think I could manage to be a little more pleasant.

Wife saw a small animal enjoying a buffet at a local planted plot. I stopped, intending to pull just off the pavement to get a better view of the animal. Just off the pavement, and hidden from view, was a sheer drop to a small branch. My pick-up was stranded with both right side wheels over the edge and close to falling into the branch. Called up Crow's Wrecker and Repair and 15 minutes later I had competent and professional help. In minutes my little truck was on solid ground. It wasn't free, but it was certainly fair. Crow has my highest possible rating. They turned a miserable situation into a not that bad solution.

Do not call this place for help, especially if you are from out of town. We arrived in Cherokee last Saturday. Needed someone to check out a problem we were having with our car. The man said to meet him at his shop at 1 o'clock and gave us the address. 1:45 we call him back and make sure we are at the right place. He said we were and he would call us back "in a few minutes". An hour later we are still waiting. We tried to call him 3 times and he refused to answer his phone. He knew we had been waiting for 2 hours at his shop and he could have cared less. He never even bothered to call us. Like I said, do not waste your time.
