“One of the best post offices I've seen to be honest.
From what I can tell, the people complaining are either disgruntled ex-employees who didn't want to do their job or customers who complain the moment something doesn't go their way.
I've never had a problem with this office and the staff has always been kind.”
“We lived in Bryson City for the past three years and recently moved to TN. Never thought I would miss a post office but I sure do and this one deserves more recognition. I ordered a ridiculous amount of things from Amazon and they delivered all of them, pretty much always on time, to a very rural spot in the mountains. Obviously some large packages I would have to pick up, but nothing like I’m dealing with now at the USPS in TN. Appreciate you Bryson City USPS-you are missed!”
