Clerk said bathroom was closed at 10:00 p.m do to the City claim of drug use which makes absolutely no sense, he just didn’t want to clean the restroom on his shift at a 24 hour convenience store, but the neighboring store restroom was available?

Nasty pumps, nasty ground, trash overflowing, coffee in wrong pot, cashier rude. Will not stop here again. Spent money on a coffee to be undrinkable. Who ever runs this store is not worth the money they are paid cause this was the most disgusting place i have ever been too.

I'm an Uber driver and came here from Knoxville around 3am needing gasoline and a bathroom. I was told the bathroom was closed and I should go to Waffle House. So I had breakfast there and will buy my gasoline somewhere else. Even if I have to sit at Waffle House until something else is open, but I won't patronize your station again.

Nice convenience store. It was easy to fuel up. The store was clean and the cashier was friendly.

Claims to be 24 hours but randomly closes "for cleaning". Went in today and the only employee on duty was passed out on drugs and blasting some terrible rap music. When I woke him up he was rude and refused to serve me. Whatever, next time I'll just let him OD I guess.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I’m 58 and have never such experienced a rude interaction with a cashier… Andy needs to be fired, she was so nasty towards me when I asked which pump I was parked under “it’s right there! See?!” Was her response and I’m old and simply couldn’t remember the pump and I don’t have great eyesight either so she was NO HELP!! I walked back to my car and got gas elsewhere!

So two school busses stop there my son sits in the corner hiding in the shade from 90 degree heat from the sun, the cashier rudely comes outside and tells him hes loitering and threatens to call the police.. apparently they are not kid friendly this gas station is not a safe place for kids and the cashiers are rude they will never get my business.Some people like to bully kids i hope they feel good about themselves.TRASH...

This place has some racist chick working the counter, and refused to wait on me after I stood in line behind some white patrons. She was nasty and foul, making it obvious that he was unhappy about my presence. I was the only black person there so that was yhr only difference between me and the others whom she happily served.

This Shell is absolutely immaculate. One of the best gas stations in town! The night crew is so friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming through Cherokee.
