Absolutely love this family friendly campground. Been going since I was little, and now I take my own children there.

Our campsite was near the river. Very peaceful. A little road noise.

Always loved camping here! Had been a loyal camper the 3rd weekend of October for 17 years, and Memorial Day weekend for 4. The last 2 years we've stayed at KOA instead. I just logged on to check if things had changed back to normal, and to my disappointment it had not. I wonder why 3 years ago you couldn't get a cabin in the month of October unless you booked a year in advance. Today when I looked there were 12 with bathrooms left and about 5 without. Guess that says it all! I'll keep checking and WILL for sure be back as soon as things change!

I've been tent camping about 40 years at Yogi in the Smokies. This was my first time staying in a cabin. Clean and comfortable. Will do it again.

2023- Craft Dictator - My littles woke up early and were so excited to head over to the craft room that open at 10 am to paint ceramics. We were disappointed as we were told we could not purchase any ceramics until 1:00 p.m.— 3:00 p.m. We opted for the free crafts which are limited to (3) and are not very fun. They take like 5 minutes to complete. Also, several folks brought down their pre-carved pumpkins to be entered in for the contest only to be yelled at that pumpkins were not to be brought in until 6:00 p.m. No Halloween Candy Bingo! Botche Ball was closed and the pong table is still broken and has been for 5 years. No buggies were available for rent. Not due to kids playing with them but because the craft dictator would not allow any of the kids to rent them. Haunted House was blah this year! You get hit with rules that are actually scarier than the haunted house because god forbid you don't show your armband. You are more terrified the craft dictator would come out and yell at you!!!We stayed in what was advertise as a “fully stocked kitchen” not really!!! Um bring a can opener and a knife. The ones they had were dull and did not work. The hot water in the shower ran cold quickly. This defeats the purpose of advertising sleep (6) comfortably when only (1) gets a hot shower. The burners don't work well in the kitchen. The TV signal is bad nothing comes in clear and the wifi is awful. The location is beautiful and the river will not disappoint. We saw so many trout fishermen out with good catches.I've stayed here so many times but this year was so disappointing and I think it was due to the new caretakers.

My husbands family has been tenting here for generations. His family as kids grew up going here, him and his siblings as kids going here. We have carried this tradition onto our kids lives as well. We absolutely love tenting here. We choose October because there is something about the fall season here. The Halloween activities are super fun for all ages of children, even teens get excited. We like to tent the riverside sites. Fishing is available and we take advantage of that too. I have seen reviews about being crowded. Yes there are others here, but for us it brightens the experience. (Not too crowded to us) Everyone is friendly and talks. You make new friends and so do your kids. Also I am happy the WiFi isn’t super strong at our site because we go for an internet disconnect anyway and family time. If you prefer WiFi it still works very strong at the front desk/office and they even have coffee there. We have seen others check their phone while grabbing a cup of coffee there. Thank you!

We stayed here this past weekend, me, and my daughter, and my son for two nights on campsite, 124 Riverside and it was absolutely wonderful tons of campsites cabins to rent some of the best bathroom and shower houses I have seen to date very clean. The employees were absolutely outstanding in their job and personalities with greeting and meeting people and helping in anyway possible, my daughter had a broke foot and was on a scooter. They went above and beyond to make sure that she could experience the haunted house, the hayrides and everything I cannot say enough about the employees 10 out of 10 for them. We had a campsite on Riverside and it was absolutely wonderful Park employees always came by every 15 to 30 minutes. Check to make sure everyone was OK great activities and Halloween themed for the kids with trick-or-treating best camping trip this year so far will definitely be back in the future.

This place is overcrowded and all the tents and RVs are super close to each other. I visited with my family on a labor day weekend and they make me pay for 3 nights instead of 2 nights that I asked. They said “its a holiday weekend and we book for 3 night only, no less”. So I paid for 1 more night even though I didn’t stay there. In the tent area people would walk right in front of your tent, no respect to your privacy even at night. They asked me not to charge my Tesla even though i had a regular 120v charger. I said I understand and I will not but they brought a paper and made me sign it that I wont charge the car. They were coming and checking every night if Im charging the car which was very annoying. Overall I wont recommend this place to anyone. There are lot better places with more respect to privacy and quiet.

My family really enjoyed our stay. It was my grandkids 1st ever vacation. The DJ by the pool was a great idea! I got a good laugh from the yeti monster or Darrell as I like to call him! The wagon rides wet cool for all ages. The honor system for fire wood was great as well. I hope no one abuses that! River access was good! So many smiles, I hate it went by too fast. My wife wants to go again next year!

We loved our stay here!’. Our campsite was the best one we have ever had. Six nights of camping, and we didn’t want to leave. The park is clean and beautiful, and a great place for kids and adults alike. We have so many great memories from our stay.

The location was perfect and the staff was friendly. But, there was NO Wi-Fi for most of our stay. I mean NONE! Had we known, we might still have stayed but I am unhappy that we were not apprised of a problem that had been troubling their system for weeks. The bathrooms and showers in our section were not clean and not usable. The knob fell off of the shower I used and the water was not able to be adjusted. It was either too hot or too cold.

The Wi-Fi was nonexistent. The bathrooms were dirty and in some cases the showers were unworkable. Very disappointed!

The place was pretty, but for what we paid I feel like there was not enough space. There is almost no room to park your vehicle and the tent space was very VERY limited. The ice cream truck was not allowed to come all the way to the back but didn’t even try to stay where we could see him for a few minutes so our kids could run to go get some; we had to chase him down. Also, on their website it says they offer discounts to certain members of various groups, well it’s safe to say it’s been almost TWO weeks and I still haven’t gotten my “discount” that was supposed to be settled ONE day after my trip. It is safe to say that this trip was okay and we will not be returning. If you ask me, some members running the front were pretty rude and they almost had no idea what the rules were regarding maintenance for the cabins; they told a family the complete opposite of what maintenance’s routines were and all the other staff just stood there; I have no idea if the staff even apologized to the family for the inconvenience of false information or if they just let it be but by the sounds of what they were talking about, they were not planning on a sincere apology.

We came to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and were beyond pleased! We had not stayed at a Jellystone Park and were so surprised by all the activities and the amazing staff! The Rangers were wonderful to our family and we are planning another trip this summer!Safety: Our children were able to play without my worrying! The speed limit is 5mph and it’s very safe to ride bikes!
