The store provides free battery testing, free battery and wiper installations with purchase, free engine code scanning, and free battery and oil recycling. The staff members are very helpful, friendly, and offer excellent customer service. Customers may sometimes wait a few minutes if the store is busy, but the service is worth it. The location also serves as a UPS drop-off place. It is a nice place with good prices and a helpful team.
I had an amazing experience with the Cherryville, NC Advance Auto store. Kim and Bonnie went above and beyond to help me get my issue fixed quickly. Bonnie especially went the extra mile to help. Everyone was helpful and courteous, and the free installation topped it off. I would give 10 stars if it was possible!

I went to get a battery changed and had an excellent experience. Allen was very helpful and knowledgeable, and replaced my battery with no issues. I highly recommend the Cherryville location!
