I’ve only had great help and support here, I appreciate their customer service and timely service. Even on the day I rushed over two minutes before close with multiple packages they were still so nice while helping me.”

“Amazing customer service from Randy. I received a notice from tracking that my package that was to be delivered today was being returned to the sender at the last minute, I called USPS toll-free number and could get no one on the telephone. As a last chance effort, I called the Lincolnton post office and Randy answered.
Instead of saying, there’s nothing he can do ,he took down my tracking information went on the hunt and located the driver.
He had package ready for me at the post office before they closed. It was a very sentimental piece and Randy made it happen. Nicole at the counter was very friendly as well. Great job !”

We assumed it might be discarded, but surprisingly, an individual took extra effort to ensure the package got back to us. This act was truly remarkable, and we're incredibly grateful for it. I don't remember seeing a name on the post it note but thank you so much for doing that.”
