I have been banking with F&M for about a year now. I have been extremely displeased with their online banking and customer service with my questions to understand. Their staff has indirect answers to questions like "Why can you see more available on my account than I can see?" No one was able to answer that question. I have gone in multiple times about where my money will randomly disappear without any transactions showing up on my app. They consistently blame the customers for their account management, how can I manage my account when I don't see all transactions made? But the staff is able to see my full account transaction history? That doesn't even make sense. It was gas lighting. You don't give me all the tools I need, blame the merchants, blame the customers, but never any accountability on the bank's fault. It's clear I am going to switch banks. I don't want anyone else dealing with the mess that F&M has made for me.
