“I spoke with Stephen,, the store manager, on Monday and he showed me a live chair that I thought would be perfect for my elderly mother that was having trouble getting a chair to go back and to get her up quickly and enough going forward. I took her back out there on Wednesday to let her try it and it was just as good as I thought she would’ve liked it and she purchased the chair. “I can't tell you how nice it is to find a place like Queen City. I go to the Salisbury store. The first time I bought a refrigerator and this last trip I purchased a Gas range and range hood. I had the pleasure of getting Glen Hoffman as my salesperson and as long as he is there this will be my place to shop. The difference having a knowledgeable, caring person help you is incredible. Both times he went above and beyond meeting my needs answering questions and getting the right items for me. Versus someone at Lowes just pointing to where the ranges are in the store.
