“As a shop owner, getting the correct parts in a timely fashion is extremely important. Gene and Mike are always on top of things. These guys are an asset to this location and the company as a whole. All of the employees and delivery drivers have been pleasant and attentive also. 10/10 for this location. Thank you from Total Towing & Repair!!”

“I don’t usually like to be that guy, but I was out of town working on a customers equipment and needed a battery. I showed up last minute and they were very helpful to me getting the battery I needed and another part as well. Thank you for the wonderful customer service y’all!”
“Great folks. Willing to help with anything. I was there looking a better rubbing compound than the average auto parts store offer and he had it. Took his time to explain the differences between each one and help a newbie out. A+ store.”

“Jim and Jackie are two of the warmest and kindest business owners I’ve met since moving to Chinquapin. When we needed a tow today, shortly after business hours, they both came right back to work to help us get our car off the road and back home safely. I feel so blessed to have met them. They were professional yet neighborly and immediately put us at ease in a stressful situation. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else in the future.”
