“I was so impressed by the help I received by Cierra Wiggins. She was helping out in Washington but she usually works in Williamston. I needed new orders for CPAP equipment. Cierra patiently took down all of the details including order numbers and posted them in an email to our doctors. She later follow-up with the referrals dept to make sure they had the specifics so everything would post in a timely manner. She read the email back to me to make sure she had everything correctly documented. Within one day I received a call from my CPAP supplier confirming our shipping address. I was so thankful and impressed by Cierra’s methodology, follow up and her willingness to take the time at a busy front desk to make sure our new orders would be received and processed from physician to referral dept to medical supplier.
