I really want to love this service because it seems super convenient. I signed up for the trial, and I’m glad it did. I’ve tried to go on three different occasions to only pull up and the carwash to be shut down for the day. Two of the bays to use the hoses are also closed.If I were able to actually get my car washed weekly I would have kept the premium membership but as of now it’s not worth any membership to only be out of working order.

Save yourself a trip to the mechanic and drive a little farther down the road to sams xpress car wash. After paying, we pulled up to the car wash & no one is there. A minute later a man walks out, he doesn’t even guide us onto the car wash or give us any instructions. He sprays the car & then somewhat guides the car in. While going through the car wash, something doesn’t feel right. The wheel feels stuck. I was expecting my wheel to pop off when exiting the car wash. Then all the vacuums are so clogged. Waste of money. Whats infuriating is reading these reviews that have the same issues, that the owner has responded to with the same generic response. Take pride in your business & fix the issues your customers have.

I should had went on my first impression no one came out to help me when I drove up. After about 5 minutes some one came out to leave and then finally someone came out. I asked him about a free trial or a spe ial and what I get, he didn't speak English very well. After 10 minutes of pointing at signs and trying to remember some Spanish from high school. He got me signed up for the first month for $10 and the rest was $45 a month. Then he pointed to the car wash entrance, he walks over and spray my suv. Car wash was terrible, my suv was still dirty after going thru, had to use the windex to finish cleaning it. The automatic Tire gloss only did the front tires but it did clean the rear tires. The vacuum did not have a small crevice attachment so I can get between the seats. No available to ask for assistance. So left and came back two days later, it was the same, no one to help me to show me how to go through the chip reader. No one standing by the car wash entrance to spray off my suv and automatic tire gloss still only the front tires with tire gloss. I already have made up my mind to cancel membership.

Will never return! Had to wait for the guys to stop talking to be guided in. Heard scrubbing when I entered and while I was going thru. Told the nice gentlemen something wasn’t right but he told me to go on. Came out and still hear the noise that was not heard before visiting this carwash. Spoke with the site manager, who was of no assistance. He basically spoke about how long he had worked there and how much he knew.Another guy was there whose antenna was knocked off and door was bent while going thru.Think twice about using this carwash!

My husband and I have had a membership nearly since this business opened. We never had any problems, until I purchased a car that had automatic wipers, which I found difficult to turn off the automatic feature, making the automatic car wash a bad choice until I could figure out this feature on my car. So I decided I wanted to cancel my membership, because we were rarely visiting the car wash now. I made numerous occasions to call the customer service number to cancel, but never found anyone answering the phone (the phone number appears on my credit card statement each month). Next I went to the car wash and spoke with the manager on duty, but was told that he could do nothing because “this place is owned by a corporation”, so he had no control over any of these issues. He took my information, and said he would follow up with the corporate office regarding my membership, which at that point I was seeking to cancel. Never had a call back. Fortunately, I had a change in my credit card number, which resulted in them not being able to charge to my credit card next month. But unfortunately, the story did not end there because somehow they were able to make a charge to my bank account on apparently a duplicate membership. After further research, I found that there was a duplication of membership. So they had been charging a fee both to my bank account and to my credit card each lot for a very long time. So I was unable to use this membership to get my CRV washed but I found that the membership on my van was still active. That membership had initially been a multi car membership, which I am now told no longer exists. When we purchased the multi-vehicle membership, the other individual membership was supposed to have been terminated, but apparently it was not. I’ve never seen a business managed so poorly, with so little competent staff who could handle these things, and so irresponsible management of your credit card and bank information. So I made another visit to the site on 9/17, and was met with the information that no one could help me because there was nobody on site that spoke English that day. So I am still trying to get my credit card information deleted from the system to end these $35.00 a month charges that are directly deducted from my bank account. From the standpoint purely over how did they do washing the car? I think they’re fine. The car wash services are great but these issues, with managing banking and credit card information, verges on fraud.

I go here for the convenience. Makes it easy with a rental fleet to clean them with the currently priced $25 unlimited base monthly package.This place is hit or miss though. Seems like there's always something wrong here. Whether the gate not reading the membership tag or inside the wash. The right side spinning mechanism hasnt worked for months. They shut down vacs early and close depending whos working. Or open late because staff hasnt shown up on time.When you do get in place for the wash they are supposed to go around the car and pre rinse it. The select few actually do and majority of times never go to the passenger side! Vacuum station is a game to find the ones without a clog and they dont bring out the wipe down supplies quite often or its empty.

For the car wash its 10 dollars a month.The car wash was ok.The 2 of the vacuums was not usable because the vacuums was stopped up with food, paper and other trash. I had to move my car 2 times to get a good vacuum.I think the worker should make sure the all the vacuums work before customer start arriving to to get a 10 car wash.Other than the unworkable vacuums, I think everything went good.

I have used the car a couple of times and it does a really good job. Glad that I bought the monthly choice. You never know when you need to get it washed and I can go there however many times as I need each month.

Have been looking for a car wash near me that has a program where I can pay once a month for unlimited car washes. The only problem here is that one of their side washing machines is not working. Still does a great wash on my car.

Why do they put tags on your windshield if there is someone standing at the automated machine doing it for you? Half the time the car wash is closed because it's broken. I pay for a monthly membership and can't always use it when I need to.
