Got great service from the teller. I went to get a temporary replacement card and he helped me get a digital card through the app. Only downside was the wait, they only had one teller until the line was to the door, then another came.

The worst customer service ever! Went in to add pin to new debit card had to wait 30 minutes because the teller couldn't do it. Then when a rep became available I was told she had a appointment and couldn't help me. So I had to wait another 15 mins for someone else. became available she immediately went to lunch. Terrible experience. 45 minute Wait for something that took 5 minutes.

Please open your DRIVE THRU back open again! There is no need to have it closed we are a customer with our money in your bank. That is a service every bank offers. Some people can not stand in long lines, or some may have disabilities to keep them from coming inside, have you thought about those people. Some would prefer to sit a few extra minutes in their car in a drive thru than to come inside if they have disabilities. Please consider opening the drive thru.And please do not send me a link to go on Twitter or Facebook because I do not have any social media accounts. Thank you.

Had a great customer service experience here today. No issues with cashing a check from Geico. I have no account here but Heather at the teller desk was so friendly and explained some of the benefits of having an account so I am considering. Thank you for great service.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I deposited check for the closing of house over a week before closing date because I had to do a wire transfer and my other bank was not local to Clayton. Bank manager assured me it would be cleared before closing. They even gave me paper work showing that it would be cleared. They ended up putting hold for 10 business days !! There is no reason to place a hold for 10 business days !! The bank that the check was written against released the funds and it was deducted from other account !! In talking to national rep they were uncaring !! Truly a terrible customer service to deal with. I just missed my closing date !!

I was here today Wednesday February 1st I took my brother to open his first bank account, they left me waiting for 1 hour then they told me I needed an appointment to open the account, the person who attended me had a client at 1:30 in the It was late and he couldn't help me, but at that moment it was 1:38. and he told me that he couldn't do it, I decided to go to another bank where there are people who serve better and more qualified people, his name is Donny, but the craziest thing in history, if I'm not mistaken, is the MANAGER, very bad service. I emphasize that the institution, in my opinion, is very good. I have 2 accounts, one personal and one business. I have no complaints. First bad experience with Bank of America.

Won't answer the phone!Unhelpful in person!You will sit in the drive-through line for at least 20 minutes waiting for them to help one customer. No clue why they have 2 lanes, only 1 is EVER open, and even then they are slow!

The man at the front had “check us in” to see one of the woman there could help me order checks but while I was waiting ,another customer came in asking to make a bank account and the woman at the far end office took her in. I approached her office to see what was going on cause She clearly saw me waiting for some time but she “ explained” her self by saying “I’m just making her an appointment “! So not right because I was waiting and this lady just comes in and takes her in to make an appointment and makes us wait!

I wish I could give ZERO stars. I really do. Deposit a check, told because of the amount there would be a standard hold. Handed a receipt detailing that the money would be available on a certain date. Date comes and goes. Nothing. Now I'm told it'll be ANOTHER week. Why tell people one thing and not THE TRUTH?? I have bills to pay. That's my security deposit refund I fought over a MONTH TO GET because the management company dragged its feet. Now I get to incur more late fees because your bank doesn't care. Thanks a ton!As to your 'response,' what difference is it going to make? Already been down the online chat and call center with the 800-number. Your company DOES NOT CARE! I won't waste anymore of my time on this. Just know that when you hand someone a detailed itinerary of when their funds WILL BE available, but then after that date has passed and they're told they'll be waiting ANOTHER WEEK ... that is just plain wrong!
