I was here today Wednesday February 1st I took my brother to open his first bank account, they left me waiting for 1 hour then they told me I needed an appointment to open the account, the person who attended me had a client at 1:30 in the It was late and he couldn't help me, but at that moment it was 1:38. and he told me that he couldn't do it, I decided to go to another bank where there are people who serve better and more qualified people, his name is Donny, but the craziest thing in history, if I'm not mistaken, is the MANAGER, very bad service. I emphasize that the institution, in my opinion, is very good. I have 2 accounts, one personal and one business. I have no complaints. First bad experience with Bank of America.

This bank is awful! They are fee heavy and expect for you to be ok with it. The customer service is purely awful. I spoke with a teller from Montana and he was condescending. I don't pay to be talked down to. There are other options.

Went here to cash a check so that I was able to pay my mortgage this month. I go through the drive-through and told I need to come inside since I do not have an account, as I walk inside the lady behind the counter Patricia that was helping me kindly told the customer she was with to give her one moment so she could finish assisting me since I just came from the drive-through. Holly proceeded to turn around and give her a nasty look and tell her that she was not to stop what she was doing and help me because I was not a customer, I did not have an account with Bank Of America. Once Patricia finished helping the customer she helped me, she needed an override to be able to give me my cash and the manager Holly purposely ignored her and refused to come and give her the override. She didn't say "give me one moment, I'll be right there" or anything for that matter. She proceeded to ignore her and walk into the back room. I think this is extremely unprofessional for a manager. I work in retail and customer service. That is unacceptable for a manager. Patricia was great in trying to help me today but because of management I will never be back to this location.

Bank of America is the worst bank to bank with. I have been a loyal customer for 14 years. On April 3rd I was scammed out of 12,296 dollars. Bank of America said I gave my information to the scammers and denied my claim. They said and I quote " scam and fraud or not the same thing. We cannot help you any further ". I fought it more than once and was denied 3 times. I will never bank with Bank of America again. They do not have their customers best interest In mind at all.

I would like to think the 35 minute wait to simply get financial information for this bank for a wire transfer was due to COVID 19. Unfortunately, this is not the case. This branch has a long history of slow and uncooperative service. I would immediately transfer my accounts if my work din not require regular travel across the. country. Other locations have given excellent service but this branch seems to be consistently understaffed regardless of the service required be it counter, office or drive through.

I went to the Clayton, NC branch to cash a CD held for 18 years as my son went off to college After a cluster f$@* of waiting turns out the RB closed my daughters CD in error. Another 40 minutes. Now BOA is calling me to "update" information. After I go through a phone interview where they refuse to say why they are even calling they say they need to speak to my wife. I worked in IT for MBNA when BOA bought them. Before the deal closed I left at the advice of someone who knew about BOA. Glad I did THEY ARE THE WORSE from their IT Systems to branch bankers. When my daughters CD Matures next fall I will proudly say AMF to BOA

This branch is so aggravating to me. There just aren't enough employees to service the amount of traffic that flows through at any given time of day. Is anybody at corporate listening?
