The service and inventory here are always top notch! Staff is super friendly and always take care of anything I need. It’s obvious when you first walk in that it’s a very well managed store.

TO BEGIN WITH MY SISTER IS A GM OF BOOST MOBILE IN MARYLAND , SECONDLY I WENT ALONG WITH MY TEAMATE TO GET HIS PHONE TURNED BACK ON , ANGELICA UPON ENTRY WAS POLITE , SHE ALSO TRIED EVERYTHING IN HER POWER TO HELP REBOOT & AND RE ACTIVATE HIS PHONE EVEN HAD A 5 MIN LIFE TALK . THIS WAS STUPENDOUS SERVICE AND I WILL BE BACK AGAIN AND SENDING MY BUSINESS GUYS THERE AS WELL ❗

The owner deserves Zero stars. I repeated several times I needed Unlimited data and was going to sign up for the $25/mo plan with unlimited talk, text and data. He signed me up for only talk and text with 5G of data. When I called, I was laughed at and told no one has a plan like that. It’s still on the website as available!! Customer service was able to help me but my unlimited data won’t start for another month.

Boost mobile! Where do I start ? my family were customers for over 7years. All of a sudden we were unable to make or receive calls. Kept getting "no mobile service, or No registered provider. Not even able to do the #2. We were left with the chat from 8/11 -8/16. Back and forth Reset to factory settings, it's not us call Samsung , 4 hours with Samsung, the phone worked for 1 phone call then back to No registered provider. Back to boost chat, they spoke to us as of we were trying to get something for free. Never excepted responsibility. Insulted me after I asked for a credit , the credit will not fix the problem ma'am is what I was told. I can't work from home without my phone. My husband can't run his business without his phone. WOW. We were not valued as long time customers. Keep your credit we went and switch to a new provider. That's about it. Good bye Boost.

Sales people did not know how to transfer texts messages to new Android phone. Had to go to Geek Squad. They only transfered pictures and contact list

Not sure why this place has bad reviews. Every time I have gone in this store I’ve received excellent customer service. I went in today because my phone started acting up, there was only one employee (Edwardo) and at one point 5 customers in the store. Edwardo has great customer service the entire time! It took about 2 hours for him and apple to come to the conclusion that my phone needed to be sent in, my toddler was getting antsy and he still had all the patience in the world. The phone service is great, and I will always recommend this store!

This store is not a place that deserve to operate with rude sale associate like the one i experienced today no motivation as to helping customers very disrespectful no smiles very unprofessional (OMG THE WORST) never in life will i do business here do not feel appreciated at this location i went to another location and spent my money?
