Friendly, informative, and polite. They explain everything and give you the chance to make your own decision about needed work. I have never had any problems from any repair they have done for me. I have never taken my truck to anyone else…

Friendly honest service. This shop has been here for many years, and for good reason. The owner and tech are very friendly and helpful. Pricing is reasonable, and it is locally owned.

Brian's is an excellent shop. Great service with a friendly staff. We have been fortunate with our vehicles over the years not needing repairs, but will trust Brian's over the dealerships any day. No fix is too big or too small.

Everyone that works at this shop is top notch. I’ve brought my car here for random things over the years and they’ve always been super friendly, they give you their honest opinion that they feel is best, do great work, and they do it at a fair price. I had my car towed in an hour before close and they gave it a look over before they closed up. The Cleveland community is very lucky to have this crew!

Great local auto service. Most common comment people make is honest and that’s the truth. Wish every local business was like this!

I spent 4k on my car to be fixed. Everyone seemed nice. I went ahead and trusted them and put my grandmothers car in to be fixed as well. 30 min down the road and my car cuts off in the middle of the road!! I called these fools and they told me I had to call a tow truck or MY triple A to get my car towed back to them. After I spent $4,000 for it to be fixed. Y’all got me all the way messed up! Please, Please do NOT waste your hard earned money hereEdit** my ac wasn’t working when I used it the first time! I had to go back again, they claimed to fix it, I was charged for a brake inspection they passed me yet my car was squealing and scrubbing when I braked! Again after spending 4 THOUSAND DOLLARS!!?!!!.. they claimed to repair the supposed brand new air compressor, that was leaking. I took my car to another shop to get my brakes repaired and I told them how my car was still not fixed.. they fixed my brakes and while my car was lifted showed me how my second ‘new air compressor’ was leaking!!! They welded my exhaust pipe and it was also leaking! These people really took advantage of me!

My truck suddenly stopped working and had all kinds of error icons and messages flashing on the dashboard. AAA towed it to Brian’s Auto Repair, who quickly diagnosed the issue. They notified me of what was going on, that they had the part in stock, and quoted me how much it would be. By end of day, they had my truck ready to go! When I picked it up, the staff was kind, answered my questions, and back on the road I went. I was really pleased that the price was exactly what I was quoted (some places I’ve been to previously have tried to add hidden fees/charges). Their honesty and integrity will keep me coming back as a repeat customer! Thank you to Brian & his amazing team for quality work!

Brian's Auto Repair tried to rip me off big-time because they thought I was ignorant.. Don't go there. I did the repair myself in four hours in my driveway . They wanted over a thousand dollars on the estimate for just labor and didn't mentioned the whole complete job. I brought them in the parts so no time would have been spent sourcing anything .The total bologna they handed me is why I made this review/warning to others. It's not an honest operation at all. They charge for hours they don't work and they'll cross sell you services that you don't need. This is the worst possible place to bring your vehicle. Part of the estimate was an easy spark plug job. I did it in an hour. They wanted $285 from me to install plugs that I provided. $35 was added because I have ac.I never had any issue screwing in any spark plug from the ac. Do yourself a favor and stay far from this place. They will take you to the cleaners. I can't afford to be ripped off by a shop who's full of themselves with their claims of experience. Beware.

Really, really wanted to like this place. Was recommended by a family friend, personally I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you know exactly what you need. Originally brought car in for code "random misfire on all cylinders", was told it is my mods (car ran fine on mods for months) or my spark plugs (just had new oem plugs put in so this tells me they didn't look at them), but "it must be something small and I shouldn't worry because the misfire count is low" (upon googling I learned that the random misfire on all cylinders does not mean you are actually misfiring at all). The car drove terrible and it has continued to get worse.Came back in for a vibration at highway speeds, told them I saw a tear in my drivers CV boot. Person on the phone told me a tear in CV boot wouldn't cause vibration. Brought it in, get a call saying I need both CV axles and their only option is OEM costing over $1k for the job. Decided to bring in my own (from a known brand called DTA) and saved about 800 in parts. Had them installed, was told they confirmed no more shake. Got on the highway and the shake was just as bad the next day. Went under the car to check if the new axles were okay, and immediately saw a ton of oil leaking from my filter housing. I can't blame the leak on them (I hadn't seen it in a bit), but it was the first thing I saw after getting under it. Found out I was down to 2 quarts of oil, so not only do they not do courtesy checks here, but they blatantly ignored all the oil seeping out from the filter housing.
