  They will charge your card, not answer the phone, and you will be out of luck, so if you've paid them, call your bank and tell them it's a scam and get your money back. Don't bother trying to rent a truck from here, seriously.

  Misleading hours, poor service, overall bad experience. Avoid if you can.

  We reserved a 16' vehicle for a out of state move. The pick up in Glen Burnie was great. Friendly and thorough. The truck handles like a big car.
