My brother recommended me this place as he got his PC built from them and I am happy that I went with Cerbus Tech! In just a few days they where able to build a new PC around my Graphics card and it turned out amazingly. They responded to me within minutes with additional questions I had. They gave me a great deal and even helped me with an additional part I needed for free! Would recommend to anyone for fast and reliable PC building!!! 10/10 thank you guys!

If you need literally anything done for a pc or need one you can count on Cerberus tech! I asked if he could take a look at my pc because it would freeze, stutter, or shut off randomly and he told me exactly what the issue was and he offer to help build me one and mentioned he had one he built and was selling. I gave it a look and was stunned at how good of a job he did building and piecing together everything neatly. He really knows his stuff and I can count on him with any pc work, he is super friendly and overall a cool dude to socialize with 10/10 would recommend Cerberus tech!

This sorry excuse for a company clearly only cares about working on gaming PCs. I ordered a laptop screen replacement. They immediately billed my credit card and then proceeded to string me along for almost 4 months with vague and non-committal updates, often going weeks without responding to calls or emails. Finally had to open a dispute with my credit card company just to get my money back. Sometimes it's not worth supporting a local business. This is one of those times.

Had an SSD failure that stopped my desktop from booting. Caleb quickly confirmed the issue, replaced the drive with a fast NVMe, and got everything running smoothly again. He even cleaned the PC, which was a nice bonus. Fast, affordable, and super helpful—highly recommend!

I had a problem with the DC jack in my laptop, requiring soldering and de-soldering, and I called several shops before I found Caleb at Cerberus tech, and NOBODY could do it. Fortunately, Caleb works with a board specialist and they were able to solder in a new jack for me. Computer works great again, and everything was done very professionally, so I highly recommend Caleb at Cerberus for your hardware needs!

Called the store number and talked with Caleb for a few minutes about my gaming desktop. I needed it fixed for my new job. Dropped my computer off and only took 24 hours. Got a new SSD, a WiFi chip, and all the wiring fixed. Absolutely recommend for anyone needing an experts assistance!
