I got A vehicle for these people vehicle ran very well when I got it. Then the vehicle turned into a piece of garbage. These people never wanted to fix anything. I highly recommend you to turn away from this dealership and now it wasn’t because I was behind in payments or didn’t get along with the staff. They just have trash for vehicles The only reason why I’m giving it one star is because it won’t let me post it if I don’t give it a zero thanks have a good day. God bless.

If I could give no stars, it still wouldn't be low enough!! Bought a car not even 2 weeks later spent an additional 2k on it. Still NOT drivable, needs another $2500 worth of work done to it. It drove fine for 2 weeks, been sitting in driveway since then. Please please I cannot stress it enough, do not waste your money on the crap cars they have here!! I have wasted almost 5k on this car in less than a month, still owe $2500 haven't even made the first monthly payment, but I'm cutting my loses and letting it go back. After all this money spent in the first 2 weeks I am sending it back, car is a money pit. Wish I would have read the reviews before I spent my money I worked so hard to save. Go to another, respected dealership that has at least a 30 day warranty, if they don't have at least that then you know they selling POS cars!!!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. Worst possible place to get a car in Joco. They should be shut down immediately. They sell nothing but Lemons. A reliable car and this car lot doesn’t mix at all. Just take your money elsewhere.

DO NOT buy from here if you need a reliable car. They sold a vehicle that didn’t drive two weeks. Thousands lost and they responded “oh well it’s as is”. Look at the reviews. Spend your money with a better car lot.

Just bought a van and spent 7,000 . In two weeks, the van broke down on Christmas Day leaving my entire family stranded. Transmission fluid everywhere, running hot and smoking. Called the place and was told a manager would call. Never heard from anyone. Garbage vehicles evidently. Would never ever buy here again. I should have followed these reviews posted. Now I have piece of junk van just sitting with 30 day tags on it and can’t use it.

Paid 4600 for Buick Enclave 2009
Thought everything was good. Got it home and found out the bottom was eat up with rust. It won't pass inspection because it's so rusted. Yea I should of checked it out better. It had been inspected by a mechanic for the dealership and passed. Not even 6 months later it wouldn't pass.
The mechanic and Clayton Motors must have been in on it together because there is no way it should have passed inspection. The Buick dealership wouldn't pass it, because of the transmission is falling out due to the rust. Contacted dealer they wouldnt help at all. If you buy from them be careful.
Search out a mechanic and go over it with a fine tooth comb. They will take you money and and leave you with nothing..

It has been an absolute HORROR having a car from these people. If you buy from here YOU WILL REGRET IT. They know the cars they sell aren’t good and then try to tell you that you have 3 days to get a mechanic KNOWING something more than the mechanic will notice is broken and they know 3 days isn’t enough time then when you tell them something’s wrong they half fix it. They do little tricks to get the car working for a week then it’s all on you. DONT let their kind gesture and nice words fool you.if you buy from them you too will be in the giant pool of bad reviews AND ALL GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE (Then when they reply to bad reviews they make up some BS excuse that has nun to do w the main problem )

My wife hit a deer with our 2010 pilot, We found this dealership in our community here in Clayton, They had the exact car we wanted and great miles. I messaged them on Facebook and the girl that works there. Her name is Rosa, she asked me to come up and check out the vehicle. Come to find out the vehicle was not there and was at a shop in Smithfield getting work done on it, she told me the vehicle will be there later on in the afternoon and three days later the vehicle still was not present. There was no management to speak Or anything, here we are a week later we have found another car and we are OK with the decision we made but yet that car is still not at that dealership, there is a huge language barrier between the customers and the employees that work there. This was the most horrible experience I ever had when trying to purchase a vehicle. I hate that this is the used car dealership that represents our town here in Clayton do not buy from them at all.

They will not tell you anything about what’s wrong with a car you have to find it for a lower price, DO NOT PAY WHAT THEY ARE ASKING OR TRUST THAT THE VEHICLES THEY PASS ON INSPECTION ARE ACTUALLY PASSING. Get as low a price as you can

I had a great experience working with Clayton motors inc. it allowed me to pay off the car in 3 months same as cash . This is the second car I buy from them and working with Esmeralda was a joy. I would recommend anyone to ask for her personally if your in the need for a good car and dealership.

Clayton Motors have the best staff. My experience here was great!! Esmeralda & Jaime have great customer service. They wanted made sure we comfortable & happy with the selection of our vehicle. No one try to rush us to purchase, love that. The stuff is very boo& ready to service you. I recommend Clayton Motors to anyone who looking for a good vehicle for a great price
