Comfort Suites Clayton - Garner is a nice and clean hotel in a safe area with a variety of nearby restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are generally spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean, featuring comfortable beds and sofa beds. Most staff are noted as very good, professional, extremely kind, and helpful, with honest service. The hotel offers daily housekeeping, reliable hot water, and meeting rooms. However, experiences can vary, with some front desk interactions being less friendly or distracted. Some rooms may have minor maintenance issues like threadbare towels or a lingering smoke smell. The breakfast buffet is considered limited in options. Overall, it is a great hotel with a good price and a guest-focused approach, including reasonably priced soft drinks as a service.
Very nice location. Currently undergoing a renovation. Our room was mostly brand new. We had a small leak in the shower and the staff made sure we had plenty of dry towels. Thanks to everyone

The room was a little tired but they are in the midst of remodeling. I expect by my trip next year it will be wonderful.

Tray was AMAZING! He was on duty when I checked out When I checked in and got ready to my supper, I did covered there was no phone in my room, and my tv had not been programmed. The young lady on duty was very nice. I had to pack back up and move to another room.
