This is a well equipped crossfit gym with coaches that are very encouraging and a nice friendly group of athletes. The fitness levels vary, but the coaches help to make sure you have the right scaling options.

Great small town feel with a cool atmosphere. Matt (the owner) is super cool and so are the trainers. I enjoyed my time there and look forward to going back in the future...right now I am going to save that chunk of money each month.
