I usually get an attitude from the people in the pharmacy area. I've gotten. The wrong quality of my mess on several occasions. Today is Labor Day and I wasn't sure if the pharmacy would be open. The gate was down when I came in so I asked the woman up front. I asked the woman why no one was here yet if they were opening at 10. She gave me an attitude and said it's 9:49 and they can't clock in until 10 or they get written up and walked away while still talking to me. I am DONE with this place. I'm switching to Walgreens!

I drove from Four Oaks to Clayton to pick up an antibiotic that Benson CVS had been waiting on since Monday (it is now Thursday), 25 minute drive when I arrived I was told it would be ready within the hour! Freaking ridiculous!!! Julia at the drive thru is a total B!!!

I recently had a spinal fusion and was having difficulties getting my medications. Ryan, an exceptional worker in the pharmacy department, was able to see to it that I received my medications. He went above and beyond!! Thanks Ryan!

Worst experience ever in a pharmacy. We have had three prescriptions filled here and not a one was done in a timely manor or without issues. This last one, I had to go back three times and even it wasn’t done. They only filled it once I got there. Communication is non existent. I got one message that my insurance wouldn’t cover one of the meds. I finally got ahold of someone on the phone after trying to call several times. I told them I know it’s not covered but I want it filled. Got there later that not night. Was told it wasn’t ready because they didn’t have it. That couldn’t have been checked on when calling me about the insurance. It wasn’t even ordered yet. Finally got my meds today and was given the excuse that they had 1000 orders. Not my problem, hire more people. Set better expectations for your customers. Under promise, over deliver. I understand it may not be the direct employees fault but then it falls on your managers or higher up. If I ran my company like this we would be out of business. I now know and understand why your google rating is a two stars. I am impressed it that high. I will not be a returning customer and find somewhere else that actually cares about their customers.

My granddaughter went in to pick up my prescription and the prescription for herself. Due to her appearance which was mistakenly thought she was a LGBTQIA's person ( she is not but that should not matter) she was extremely mistreated by a Spanish and white lady at the counter. They proceeded to tell her that her medicine could not be transferred. At the same time another pharmacy representative was on the line on speaker phone having the medication transferred. The middle aged white lady proceeded to push the medication in a bag at her and refused to give her a receipt. The current date and time was on the medication of that time proof it was just transferred. Even if it was not possible you don't have to be rude and cause a customer to cry or be upset. She stated get your service elsewhere and don't come back here. I do not intend to use CVS again. I have used CVS for years ( not at the Clayton location) but will not ever use CVS again! Those two customer service representatives are rude and nasty.

If you could give 0 stars I would. The pharmacy is a complete joke. How do you get behind 3 days on filling prescriptions? Some people don't have 3 days to wait. The young lady that was on drive thru acted as if she was bothered that we inquired about our why our order wasn't ready. Definitely going to pick another CVS to go to moving forward.

Extremely poorly-run pharmacy. Impossible to reach them by phone. Customer service is not a priority in any way, shape, or form.

There were about 40 women behind the counter at the RX and it took me 20 minutes to get a simple antibiotic. I didn't realize you had to write a paper on why you're giving out this medicine but she was clicking her keyboard, I'm sure making editorial comments at the seething customer! I will never go to CVS ever again. Too many women with frustration and passive aggressive behavior behind the counter!!!

I I came in the store and masks are not required and I've had both of my vaccinations. When I checked out I received the most evil and unwelcoming look from an older woman named Katherine. She did not say hello she did not say one word to me and she basically threw the receipt in bag on the counter in a very rude way. Horrible customer service and whether you agree or not Katherine that people should have to wear a mask 24-7... it's not your place in customer service to treat customers that way for making the decision to not wear one when they have been vaccinated! End of story! I follow the science! I would not recommend coming to the store and I will never come in the store and give them my business again!

I was extremely disappointed with the CVS Minute Clinic on HWY 70 in Clayton. I went there because they were the Veterans Administration (VA) contractor. I presented my VA credentials and received my vaccination so a few days later my wife went there as well a month later I was surprised to receive a bill for these shots stating our insurance did not cover these vaccinations. Additionally there were several problems: 1. They gave my wife the incorrect flu vaccine 2. We are both Medicare age in addition to my VA coverage so billing was incorrect. 3. They failed to send the immunization record to VA as per the contract I certainly will NOT trust them for a Covid test or vaccination!

I don't know why you guys had this come up as a place to review. I would never shop at this filthy company and that was after a 2003 incident.

Longest wait time on the phone, in line, or drive through. Very abrupt customer service on the phone. Location is convenient otherwise would use other pharmacy.

nothing better than when you're trying to call a prescription in to get refilled but yet you can't read the number on the bottles because they tend to want to circle and put a line right through the number then when you're nice enough to just bring it to their attention that maybe You should try doing something different they basically just ask you for your name and ignore you. CVS and customer service is just unbelievable sometimes especially this one. Thank you CVS for taking up more of my time because you want to put a circle around something and don't want to pay attention to a customer who has been a long time customer with you

The people working the drive thru pharmacy are incompetent and generally don't care if they help customers or not. I had to report them to the to the state board because of delay of treatment.
