Easily the worst CVS I've ever dealt with. The pharmacy NEVER answers the phone. You wait on hold for HOURS just to talk to someone. It takes about an hour to pickup your medications when are finally ready. Save yourself the effort and go elsewhere!!

The fact that no one ever answers the phone in the pharmacy is ridiculous. I've been calling all day and have never reached an actual person. At one point I was hold for an hour. Lesson learned, this is my first and last time using CVS. It's Walgreens from here on out

Very friendly staff!, and very helpful, my only gripe with them is that Sometimes they don’t answer the phone! Which is very very annoying, also the pharmacy sometimes is out of stock. Which is another very important reason why they should answer the phone!! So where not wasting time going up there for no reason! Other than that. 5 stars!

In search of Crayola puzzle boxes. Supervisor said none, cashier says, oh, I think I know where those are! I had checked at another store, they told me 11 were at this location. Kudos to Faith for helping me locate them. My preschool kids will be happier for them!

By the time I left the Urgent Care and arrived at CVS my prescription was ready in less than 5 minutes. The pharmacy staff was friendly and courteous. I couldn't have received any better treatment.

For some reason this pharmacy has a problem with people who are prescribed Adderall. They are somewhat nice until they hear that you are there to pick up Adderall. Then their whole demeanor changes. I don't have this problem when I pick up my other medications. It makes me feel extremely uncomfortable. When the gate was closed for lunch I overheard them making jokes about it. Not to mention they are the only pharmacy in the area who never has a certain milligram. It makes me wonder if they are even trying to order it due to the fact they have such an issue with it. Do better people. We are already embarrassed that we have this condition. We don't need to feel worse about it.

Well I don’t usually look at google reviews before going to a pharmacy, but looks like I should have.Same experience. I called 3 separate times and waited for 20-30 minutes. The main front of store will answer, but they’ll transfer you and it will go no where.I literally live a quarter mile from this store and would LOVE to be a loyal customer to this pharmacy, but my medication has had shortages lately, and I need the ability to just double check they even have it in stock, or else I need to go elsewhere.If you mention that you tried calling when you go in they’ll just wave you off. Some of the worst customer service in ages.

I've been staying in the Clayton area for a short while and every time I've had a script filled at this CVS it's taken over a week and up to 2 weeks to get it filled. Not sure why but there's something odd here. It should not take as long as it does.

2 things they take about 1 hour to answer the phone. Today, I was the only one to walk in and they said it would take 30 min. To fill. Just came back, still not filled so I'm still waiting. Again the only customer her! If I could go somewhere else I would!!!!

I've been in a few times over the past few weeks. The pharmacy staff (and front of house staff) is always very respectful and helpful, and they work really hard! I agree with other reviews that if you call, you'll be on hold for a really long time if you get anyone at all, so that's not effective to get in touch with them for whatever reason. Thankfully I live 3 minutes away so going in is easy and the staff is always running around, being as pleasant as possible, and doing the best they can!

I feel like all pharmacies are frustrating to work with. This one isn't nearly as bad as some. I always get what I need eventually at the price my insurance sets. Staff sometimes is slow on same-day refills, but they have always been courteous to me.
