The staff are rude and it doesn't make any sense why if you scan an item in store and it says 50% off the second one why it doesn't ring up in store the same way I remember why I don't shop at CVS very often not only are the staff at that particular location rude but half the time when you buy something that's supposed to have an extra care back you never get it

The pharmacy team does their best here, it just seems like their systems are a bit outdated. Off hours aren't too bad, and everyone has always been friendly.

I was surprised to see the Google rating so low at this CVS. I am treated with such kindness and care from the pharmacist and one of the techs, her name is Amber, I am always greeted with a smile and genuine care. I know in today's world if we have to wait even a second then that is negative, these ladies and staff are certainly worth the wait! Thank you, CVS team, for always getting it right for the customer!

Didn't have a lot of what I was looking for like soothe eye drops. Monistat chafing cream I really wish you carry that. The only other place I can get it is Walmart. My eye drops have to be preservative free. There was one associate and I wish I could remember her name but she did help me find the Excedrin tension she was nice.

This has been my primary pharmacy since 2018. They’ve always been accommodating, pleasant and helpful. I constantly fill out the questionnaire about my experience when picking up my meds (10’s 10’s 10’s across the board as Momma Ru would say), but was shocked to find the rating on google so low. I blame myself because I have good service and never rated it before. I’m sure that’s the case across the board, the 99% with good service don’t rate, folks only do that when they have a problem, whether it was actually the pharmacy’s fault or not, and I hate that.
If you’re reading this and wondering if you should shop here or make it your pharmacy, that would be a resounding yes.
In the words of the great Ron Swanson, “ (Son), You should know that my recommendation is essentially a guarantee.”

Sent an email that says will respond in 48 hours. Umm nope. I was purchasing candy that said buy one get one 50 percent off. It did not take the 50 percent off. Employee said they had to be exact same kind,even though both said 50 percent off. That's new but ok. I had also had a 3 dollar coupon. Didn't take the 3 dollars off. I was at self check out. Employee opened drawer of coupons looked a few and said not in there. Umm keep looking but no. Then it did show on receipt . She said it was rejected. It was not out of date? I have two CVS cards. I ask they be consolidated and that my old phone number from over 10 years ago be deleted they said it was and that the two cards were combined. Obviously not. I got frustrated and just left everything there.

Horrible! Rude pharmacy workers. Incompetent! Called me and said they would order and be ready after 2 next day. Go next day and they didn't order because my insurance didn't cover but it's only $35 with goodrx!! My insurance changed is the only reason I hv stuff filled at this cvs!!

Slower than slow. Dropped off a prescription and was told it was in stock and to come back in an hour. Came back to learn that it is not in stock and it would be a couple days. This is a complete waste of time.

Short of going to the pharmacy and getting in a long line to speak with somebody, it is next to impossible to actually speak to someone over the phone about anything that relates to the pharmacy or its services. I spent nearly 30 minutes going through their call Tree numerous times, even being transferred by the manager, to nothing more than a prompt press more buttons. Now that CVS health not only owns the CVS pharmacy as well as Aetna Health Plan, we can probably expect more of the same -automated Customer Service with rare contact with an actual human.
