Slower than slow. Dropped off a prescription and was told it was in stock and to come back in an hour. Came back to learn that it is not in stock and it would be a couple days. This is a complete waste of time.

Short of going to the pharmacy and getting in a long line to speak with somebody, it is next to impossible to actually speak to someone over the phone about anything that relates to the pharmacy or its services. I spent nearly 30 minutes going through their call Tree numerous times, even being transferred by the manager, to nothing more than a prompt press more buttons. Now that CVS health not only owns the CVS pharmacy as well as Aetna Health Plan, we can probably expect more of the same -automated Customer Service with rare contact with an actual human.

I shop at this CVS frequently and usually never have a bad experience. However, I went in tonight with my teenage sister to look at and purchase hair products. Due to the fact I was unsure of what I wanted to purchase, we were standing and kneeling in the aisle for a while, chatting and laughing while comparing products. While googling a product for reviews, I heard an employee walk past the aisle we were in and asked with an attitude if we needed help. I said “No, we’re good. Thank you, though!” And she started walking away, scoffed, and said over her shoulder, “Just don’t mess anything up.”I decided not to confront her, but spoke with my sister who then pointed out to me, “That was the same lady who was rude before!” The “before” my sister was referring to is in regards to a prior incident where she and a friend were looking around the store while my mother was nearby in another aisle. The lady had then ordered them “Don’t go around touching stuff!”My sister also explained that she witnessed the same employee order a few teenagers who were just standing around, “If you’re not going to buy anything, then get out.”While I understand that retail is stressful and children/teenagers can be disruptive in stores, to assume right off the bat that they’re going to cause problems is disrespectful, rude, and prejudiced towards younger people. I work in retail and I understand the stress of the job, but treating any customer like that is not okay. If they want to browse and decide not to buy anything, that is their prerogative. How can she expect customers to discover new products if they’re not allowed to look or risk being harassed for doing so by the staff?I have interacted with multiple employees there and have always been greeted and treated pleasantly, so this was a disheartening experience. I unfortunately did not get her name, but know she is a manager.Side note, Gabriel at the register, who checked us out was phenomenal. Outstanding employee, pleasant and outgoing!Demote her and promote the associate who understands customer service, basic respect, and who represents the core values of CVS and embodies integrity, i.e. Gabriel.

Pharmacy wait times are terrible! My family member has used this place for 2 years. And each time whether it’s drive thru or in store, the MINIMUM wait has been 15 minutes. Only ONE time in 2 years has our pharmacy visit taken less than 10 minutes.

This CVS used be a bit better but that was some years back. The pharmacy simply can not handle the volume of people that live here and will not be able to handle the amount of people that are still coming. The wait times in the store, drive thru, and on the phone are just unacceptable. I’m afraid I will have to go to another CVS. It’s a shame as this one is just 5 minutes from my home.

This pharmacy does provide medication with some notable limitations. Limitations include possibly not being open when you get to the drive through. Further limitations include you may need to park and walk inside to get your medication (for questions about this, look up the definition of drive through in a dictionary). Also, if you attempt to speak to a human working at the alleged pharmacy, you will have mixed success.Apparently, this CVS is struggling trying to keep up with staffing demands, so I will do the following (and encourage all who read this to do the same): I will choose an alternate pharmacy in order to not overly burden this struggling pharmacy that can't attract and/or retain enough skilled employees to adequately staff a pharmacy that must have cost thousands of dollars to establish. I would never be so rude as to impose my needs for medication on an enterprise struggling to keep pace with the most basic of services.

You close your pharmacy for lunch!? Who does that!? Let me make a suggestion. HIRE MORE FTEs so you can keep your doors open through lunch and also manage the line of cars wrapped around the building and the long line inside backed up all the way to the door. Or just build another CVS across the street… either way this facility sucks and is not ran right. There are too many clients for the amount of staff they have. I’m looking another pharmacy this is bad CVS… do better.

I’ve been using CVS for years and while this one is about 5 min from my house I’d rather drive the distance to another pharmacy. Bad wait times, always have issues picking up prescriptions, no one answers the phone, etc. Wouldnt recommend using the pharmacy at all. The store itself is fine though.

Scheduled for RSV shot today. Received confirmation emails. Went to pharmacy to get shot and was told no record of appointment ? Was told could make appt to come back another day for shot. Pharmacy clerk's attitude awful. Went to County Health dept, CVS has info locked and couldn't make an appointment unti CCS released our information.

Took far too long to check out, and I picked out a sale item. from reading the tag on the shelf. It read very clearly 50% off. They did not want to honor it, so not only did i wait an outrageous amount of time but I did not purchase the item. I will not be returning to cvs again. I was already avoiding it but it just seems to get worse and worse

We've been using this pharmacy for multiple years, and continually it has gone down hill, ive attempted for several months to have them add our insurance on file, which has proven difficult somehow. It's been a nightmare with this pharmacy. It has honestly been some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Went to visit this CVS for meds. Due to not feeling well, I left my purse at the counter and did not realize it until I was about 30 minutes away, panicked I returned to the store. A young man named Eddie placed my purse behind the counter. NOTHING was missing. The store manager (sorry did not get his name, very tall man) spoke to me on my way out wishing me a wonderful day, i would assume that he told the young man to place it behind the counter. I used to live in this area and this my go to store for OTC meds. I had no money in my wallet for a tip, but I will be returning to make sure he knows how much I appreciate their honesty.

They NEVER answer their phones. It’s just getting worse. Prescriptions that used to be filled same day now take SEVERAL days. Can’t even expedite because they’ll close the pharmacy window so you can’t speak to someone personally and just don’t even try to call them. Awful pharmacy location.
