I stop here in the mornings for my coffee. I go through the drive-thru and they are always upbeat and friendly even though it's so early in the morning. They are very efficient in getting customers through the drive-thru quickly.

Change your time online… if your open till 8:30 stay open till 8:30, or consider changing the time to “closed at 8” since no one who works there is willing to work the extra 30 mins…

I was disappointed in the lack of service yesterday, 2/13/24. There were five workers. I was the only customer inside of location, no one at the drive thru. No one offered to help me. I walked out. I believe when I'm mistreated with service. My money is too. Customers do not deserve that type of welcome.

I have been to this location several times now since it opened and not 1 single time has my order been right! Every coffee that I have gotten has been cold, the food orders have not been right one single time (unless it was a doughnut...hard to mess up a doughnut!) This was the last time I will ever go to this location or any dunkin doughnut again! The photo is of what should have been a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, was a rock hard biscuit with a sausage patty...I wouldn't feed this to my dog!

Update: received multiple calls from Dunkin regarding this experience and they made the effort to make this right.Typically this location has always been running smoothly but how in the world do you send bagels out like this expecting the customer to be ok with it. They smell of burnt bread, look terrible and I’m sure taste even worse.

Food was burnt. I waited in line for 20 mins. I get to the counter and barely get any eye contact from the employees. I ordered a chai latte and it tasted like straight milk. It was a miserable experience and unfortunately, I will not be going back. You should be ashamed. The Taco Bell down the street has been open only a little longer and has some of the best customer service, training needs to be assessed at this Dunkin.

The reason for my “2” is primarily because the coffee is never the same! I order the same “medium iced coffee with cream and sugar” every time, but it doesn’t taste the same on any trip. Before DD, I got my iced coffee at McDonald’s, and whenever I use up my “free year” of coffee from the grand opening, I’ll be back to McDonald’s if there isn’t more consistency. I’m trying to give them time to adjust to a new restaurant, but I’m beginning to lose hope. But I do enjoy the blueberry donut with my coffee when I stop at DD. Step it up guys, and see if you can be more consistent.

I order the cookie butter cold brew and they give me just a regular cold brew with regular cold foam. I also ordered munchkins assorted and got all of one flavor without being told they were out of the others first.

Really glad to have a Dunkin on this side of town now, which makes the location very convenient to get to and there is rarely a wait. However, the coffee is so hit or miss, usually far more misses than anything. It always tastes burnt and bitter. I order the same drinks every time and they never taste the same. I can order the exact same drinks at the location across town and never have an issue. This location also charges for pup cups, while the other has never charged me. I can't easily add them to mobile orders, so I now carry change around just for a tiny cup of whipped cream. Unfortunately, I can't bring myself to keep wasting money and app points on drinks I'll end up pouring out 3/4 of due to bitter taste. I'll just go to Starbucks at HT on this side of town or drive to the other location when convenient. It's a shame they can't get their simple iced coffee blend correct when other locations have no problems.
