Great Service. Used for labor only loading a moving truck. Extremely careful with loading any delicate furniture. Secured and loaded a piano and made sure the moving truck was packed correctly for the long drive from North Carolina to Idaho. Michael and Justin did an wonderful job. The online quote system was wonderful and a day before Michael called to go over the details.

I reached out to East Carolina Moving to help me move from Morrisville, NC to Winterville, NC.My experience was incredible! They showed up on time and ready to get me moved. The truck was spacious and they worked quickly. I literally didn’t have to lift a thing.They took their time and made sure not to do any damage while moving any of my belongings.It was such a pleasure having their help. Great company, great staff, great service? 5 Stars!!Lastly, their quote was about half of what others in the area quoted. I was so happy once I saw the total. THANK YOU TO EAST CAROLINA MOVING!!!!

The young men who were responsible for my move were very professional hard working and courteous.They arrived on time and set right to wok.i have moved quite a number of times in my life and this was the easiest and most pleasant of all my moves.the owner Michael was such a gentleman thru all the aspects of the move it was a pleasure doing business with him.His secretary Isley was also so nice through all Are telephone talks. Anyone reading this should really consider using East Carolina Moving you will not be disappointed.

I've never had a better experience with a moving company. During their busiest season, they were able to work me in. The team provided was excellent! The men were as courteous as they could be, fast, efficient and clean. They took care not to scratch my wood floors or newly painted walls. The coordination phone staff was very polite and followed up with me. Highly recommend. I would give them seven stars if I could.

My husband and I highly recommend East Carolina Moving, LLC. Ethan, Dre, Jayden and Logan from the Smithfield-Clayton office moved us. They were extremely hard working, ultra fast and very professional. We had some special requests with moving our furniture and they were quick to accommodate. They also took extra care with the fragile items which I am extremely grateful. Moving is stressful enough, but the guys at East Carolina Moving made things much easier for us to transition to our new home.

ECM made my life 5000 times easier with my recent move. Mike was extremely professional and diligent about ensuring that my move date was correct and that the movers would arrive at a time that was most convenient for me. Deondre and Jamie arrived on-time and were incredibly nice, accommodating, organized, and efficient. They went above and beyond to ensure that a piece of furniture that i was selling was delivered safely into the vehicle of the individual picking it up. I enjoyed wonderful conversation with them as they were helping me move, which was a delightful surprise. All items were delivered without a scratch, and they even put back together my bed frame without me asking them to do so. I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with this company. I will always use ECM whenever I move. Thank you to you all for such incredible customer service!

We recently used East Coast Moving to relocate about 2 hours away. We could not have been more pleased! They were so fast and thorough and careful and polite. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them and they made the relocation seamless! Highly recommended!
