After looking online, I decided to go by the Clayton location. I'm so glad I did! Kaylee was very helpful and informative. I'm very impressed with the facility - very clean, well light, excellent choices of storage units. Overall, a very positive experience! Highly recommended!

Roderick is amazing!! I’ve been using this storage company for a few years now. I have always felt my items were safe, the facility is super clean, and the customer service is outstanding! I spoke with Roderick regarding an increase in my monthly rate. He was able to drop my rate back down to where it was when I first moved my items in which took so much weight off my shoulders. I was about to move my items into another storage company next week, thankfully Roderick saved the day and now I don’t have to move out next week! Thank you so very much Roderick for your excellent customer service and allowing me to afford to stay at this beautiful storage facility! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I CANNOT say enough GREAT things about Extra Space Storage in Clayton and the staff there! They are absolutely AMAZING!! For example, today I spoke with Roderick. He was SOOOOO NICE, knowledgeable, courteous, just a really awesome person! If you need storage, this is the place for you!! Thank you Roderick for your help today! I am so grateful for you! 🙏🏻

Needed a temporary storage unit for household goods in between homes. This facility is clean and well kept. Roderick was excellent with helping us get set up. He was very knowledgeable and provided great feedback on the size unit we required. Without hesitation would recommend this facility.

This facility looks and feels brand new. The security, cleanliness, and layout are top notch and very easy to follow. The staff has been overly courteous each time we’ve had a question and even accommodated a last minute change in unit size that we needed immediately. Would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone who needs storage space! They even worked with me once my time for a renewed rate came along.

Using Extra Space Storage was so easy, from the initial reservations to move out. The facility was always clean, easy to access and the only time I needed to call a person was at completion of move out and then phone was answered on the first ring.

Roderick at Extra Space Storage in Clayton NC off Glen Laurel Rd. Is outstanding! Extremely helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and a true gentlemen. He went out of his way to help me and provided excellent customer service. I am super impressed. Plus he’s a cool dude! If you need storage space go see Roderick! Even if it is out of the way a bit. I assure you that you will be happy that you did.
