Good experience. Everyone I spoke with was kind, patient, and very courteous. Markita (sorry, spelling of name could be wrong), took time to explain all options with a professional, pleasant demeanor. And then, a follow up welcoming call, from Christie was quite unexpected, but very appreciated.Haven’t actually used the rental space yet, but I’m sure I can expect the same pleasurable experience.

Ms. Christine was beyond helpful today. I requested a smaller storage unit and she was able to take care of that less than 5 minutes. She took the time to show me the unit and luckily for us we got the last one available!

My review is of the site layout ? and construction ? . First, this is the largest storage facility ? I've ever seen, even on TV. It seems to be in a perfect location far enough off the HWY not to be bothered by road noise or hazards. It's easy to locate, direction wise, and the size you can't miss it. The actual construction ? looks like there using the best materials and equipment. From what I can tell ➕️ it looks like it might have specialized exotic vehicles spaces. In Charlotte at the raceway, I saw something vary similar where they stored some of the race cars ?? . Some of my photos might give you an idea of just how large the building is. I'm not in construction, but having Tractor Supply Co. across the road gives you somewhat of a scale size✏️?and perspective ?. A guess 30,000 to 35,000 square .

I rented a storage unit from this facility and it was a great experience from beginning to end. Christine, the site manager, was super friendly, helpful, and informative every step of the way. Moving in and out was simple and there were no surprise fees. I enjoyed managing my account through the app, and whenever I had questions I could call and Christine was always very helpful. I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage for your storage needs.

Great place to store your things. Very clean and no issues during the time we had our things in storage. Christine and staff were very professional, kind, and knowledgeable if we had any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend this storage place to others in this area.

I recommend everyone to come here for now on if they need storage. Christine was so helpful and took her time with me with explaining everything and how it works because it’s my first time getting a storage for my things. It’s neat and it smells good. I can tell they keep the facility up real well.

I was impressed about how clean the facility is. It even smelled nice. Christine was wonderful and extremely helpful she had to show me where the keypad was because I did not see it for some reason. I think it was because of the yellow post that sits extremely close to it which I can understand. She did not mind it and she even showed me where my locker was even though she did not have to. I was advised to use your facility from my girlfriend who lives in Maryland.

We used the online rental process and utilized the web pricing. The process was very simple, quick and easy. It’s nice that it is just a month to month rental without having to be locked into a term contract. We were moving things in the next day! The facility is easy to navigate. The unit we selected was just as described on the website and on the site map. Our unit is in the back, but with multiple entrances, it is a very short trip from parking to the unit. Carts were available by the entrance for easy transport. Our unit was tagged with our name on it and a lock inside that was easy to set up. It was nice and cool inside. Overall, so far a great experience. Seamless process and was able to set everything up in just minutes without hassle.We did check out others in the area and found this to be the most affordable option and best overall.

Managers are to die for!! I love the staff for sure they were so helpful and patient with everything I needed. The storage facility is great, spacious, and very clean!! Definitely happy with my choice of choosing Extra Space!

I have used a lot of different storage facilities in the past. This one has been much better than any other others. It is very clean. The staff is great to work with they communicate very clearly and punctually to ensure you get everything you need. I highly recommend utilizing this facility if you are in need of storage.

Christine was amazing and detailed. Showed us each unit, walked us through the storage max and helped with understanding possible changes. Her cheery demeanor and friendly inviting attitude was a breath of fresh air. Our experience was one of the best we’ve had in Clayton.
