I bought a product that they recommended and it was terrible. Made me sick. Tried to return it, but I was 10 days past the due date and they said no. I won’t be going back here when I was regular. But if I would’ve went in there without a receipt, they would’ve said yes. Which is just ridiculous. I only took one scoop out of there.

Brian is very knowledgeable and helpful. He always greets me whenever I come in. The store’s appearance has dramatically improved since he has been back!

Came in for your recent grand re-opening. The store looked fantastic- a literal show piece- despite having been swamped. So glad you’re back, Brian! How did you keep every label turned just so and the shelves so well stocked all while giving fantastic attention to everyone that stepped through the door? Glad to see the store supported from the ownership level, allowing you to do amazing work at the managerial level. Also impressed with the knowledge growth within your team. The service and advice make this store worth the trip and worth my time again, and make clear why a GREAT physical store / in-person experience still has value in an increasingly online world. Congrats!

Went by today after getting my nails done next door, 5:50pm was the time and it’s a Monday and the store was closed! Sign next to the door said that they are open mondays through Saturdays until 7 pm. Obviously that is incorrect since they were closed at 5:50. That store used to be amazing when the old manager was there for 10 years and afterwards it became very apparent that the company never valued quality. The employees they hired after him have zero training and no customer service skills at all. No product knowledge and no drive to connect with customers and build any rapport. Seems like whenever I go by there the store is always closed now and I must make the drive to white oak in garner and give that gnc my business. Such a shame that the company doesn’t care enough to even try and keep the business at that once thriving location.

Why is this store closed at 2:00 on a Friday afternoon? This store used to be amazing. I guess I'm heading to the White Oak location. They're always open and Diego and Kent are great!

There’s never anyone here, the last 5 times I’ve driven over there during their working hours nobody was there. Lights were on, multiple times there was even a sign in the window stating “be right back” with no timeline whatsoever.

Best GNC location I've been in. Huge variety of drinks, snacks, preworkout, etc.The guy working there today, Steamer, was super helpful and friendly. There was another customer there being difficult and he kept his cool and was very professional. Very impressed.

The store was not open on time on a Saturday morning at 10am. The employee was a hour and 30 minutes late! That's not good Business.

I came to store this morning at 11:00 but no one was there. I called the store number and no one answered. There was nothing indicating why it was closed or when it would reopen. I will take my business elsewhere.
