Seeing as it’s been a few months since the last review and they’re all negative, I need to say the ladies working in here now in the morning are the friendliest people I’ve ever met. They greet regulars and new people alike with friendly banter. It’s really what you need in the morning!

If I could give a 0 I would. I enter this gas station on Saturday 11/23/24 as I entered a young lady was on the counter I walked passed and went to make a slushy I got the cup that was $1.99 I place the cup on the counter and enter my rewards number I let the lady know what I was doing she did say did I hit 1 first I said yes total was 2.99 I tried to show her the cups this lady said it’s not her fought it’s wrong and they need to fix it. The manager came out her office and not once tried fixing the issue I walked out while the manager stands looking stupid avoid this location. The best workers is the Spanish girl and white guy fire the rest of the staff

I used to frequent this location often to get snacks and what have you. I parked directly in front of the store. Recently, I was in there getting a snack and as my items were ringing up — I heard my car alarm ring outside. When I go outside I observe a man standing near my driver side car door- asking me is “this my car?” He seemed suspicious, so my natural instinct prompted me to move away from him. Third parties came up to me claiming they observed him hit my car as I was in the store- when he bolts away I see the damage!! The manager and the surveillance had absolutely NO footage of my car being assaulted despite me being in a close proximity to the entrance. If people are spending their hard earned money at YOUR gas station you need to ensure that they are also having footage rolling to prioritize safety and security for your customers. You all only have cameras to support your businesses in the event of you getting robbed, i had no evidence to prove that the car description i provided even existed. SHAMEFUL. The manager did a lackluster job with reviewing the “cameras” and never got back to me. Will not be shopping with this chain ever again!

Usually restrooms at gas station have a tendency to not get cleaned, this gas station is very clean all over and organized. I was impressed when I walked in.

I have a complaint about one of your stores in Wilmington on Market street and your Clerk Robert. He had a vehicle towed after the person bought items in the store but had come there for gas. The man left his car truck there for less than 20 min while he got his gas can out of the truck and walked to another station to get gas. His truck was on empty. I was pleasantly surprised by this experience. My standards are quite low when it comes to gas stations because I've had such poor experiences in the past, but I guess that just follows the expectation of the industry. I used my get upside app and it led me to this particular gas station. It said BP on my app, the building says Handee Hugo's. I pulled up, easy access from hwy 70. I got out and pumped gas. The place looks to be renovated as they now had tv advertising at the pump. The place is well lit and has plenty of parking. They also have a car wash next to the building. I try my best not to go into the gas station, so im always hoping that the receipt tape is in stock. Today was perfect as it was able to print my receipt! The last 2 gas stations I encountered were out of receipt tape, so I was over joyed that this one was maintained. Overall, cleaned, well maintained gas station.

The people that work here have been super friendly but I must say that the men's bathroom is a HOT mess. The good thing is that there is truck parking right outside but only a few spots.

Poor service, staff has a bad attitude and what you pay for food and what you get is a disgrace. Will never go again, the last 3 times I have gone the same guy managed to screw the order up 3 times in a row. I guess you like wasting food and the qaulity of the food is terrible, the staff memeber doesnt care. The staff acts like you are bothering them, never again will I spend money in you're store. I have never been treated so bad in a store in my life when I'm trying to spend money.
