They have updated their phone system. It’s nearly impossible to talk to a living person in the pharmacy. Even my doctor spent half a day trying to reach them. Even their app has problems. I don’t get notifications from them when my auto refills are completed. Only notified when they haven’t been picked up saying they have been “restocked”. There ALWAYS seems to be a problem with something at this pharmacy.

This pharmacy answers the phones right away. They are very helpful. Unlike CVS who never answers their phones worth questions.

The pharmacy tech was very disrespectful and made me feel like a junkie due to the prescription I was filling. She assumed I was an addiction and MAT patient when I took the medication for pain. She insinuated I don't need to take my clonazepam with my other medication, and if so, I need a narcan nasal spray. First of all, that is rude. Second, my medication has naloxone in it, and third, I don't abuse buprenorphine... if I go here one more time because it is the only location near my home and cost effective. I will report her. I am very educated with a masters in physician assistant studies, I don't need her judgmental input.

Called to get prescription filled, woman on the phone had an attitude, cut me off mid sentence. Unnecessary & Unprofessional. Be nice goes a long way, treat people how you wanna be treated. The customer service needs help.

Felt I wasn't being heard or plain ignored. The customer service is poor, it's always something, no one answers the phone at times, one time I called and who ever it was just sat there until I hung up and call back and someone else answered. I'm telling you it's a lot more...

My experience wasn’t positive. The drive through line is set up very weird, if you don’t get a spot 3 cars back your car is literally in the street. The wait times in the drive through are excessively long. The staff at times were rude and they rarely answer the phone. I went back to CVS.

At first it was great, but now it seems like I have to fight to get my mom's monthly meds filled on time. They used to be filled all together, now they're all scattered, if they get filled at all.

I had an unfortunate very unprofessional exchange with a cashier today at my favorite store. I am in this store at least twice a week. Today, I was so disappointed with the customer service I received from a cashier ' Hailey '. It's senior citizens day and I had several items that were on sale. When I asked Miss Hailey to ensure I was getting the sale price. She immediately became defensive. When I asked her about the sale items she said they rang up per lb. and she would change the price...which she did. It was the nasty teenage attitude that quickened my spirit and I told her " this is a position of customer care " and she needed to respect her elders. She immediately bristled and and so did I. Very unpleasant words were exchanged and I spoke with the floor manager Robert. This type of behavior is UNACCEPTABLE and should not be tolerated. Of course every customer won't meet the cashier' standard and vice versa, but, never should disrespectful be a part of the interaction. Hailey should be re-trained or put in a department where she doesn't have to interact with people. Maybe her family needs her to work...or she needs the cash for school, regardless! Her attitude stinks. I will continue to visit HT, but, if Hailey is the cashier, I will politely bypass her rude angry self.

This review is specifically for the pharmacy... they never answer my calls. I've called three days in a row, twice a day, and they don't answer. When they do answer, they are very rude and hang up quickly without leaving any time for me to ask questions. I just moved to the area back in May and this is the closest Harris Teeter to me. This pharmacy is actually garbage. Maybe try hiring people who actually give a s*** about their jobs and the people who come here.
