I had a horrible experience at this location today. Jeremy is very unprofessional and I am upset with my services today. I came in for a drop off and requested a flat repair, an oil change along with the complimentary tire rotation. The car was completed fairly soon and left a voicemail saying it was ready for pick up with no mention of any issues. I came to pick up my car a couple hours later and was told my tires could not be rotated due to one of my lug nuts being too tight. Jeremy then begins to tell me it’s due to the fact my wheel lock is stripped- which is honestly very interesting seeing as this is the only location to service this particular vehicle. After paying and taking my vehicle home I realized that if they were unable to rotate the tires how could they successfully repair the nail in my tire. Lo and behold the nail was still there!! Why would he not notify me that the most important service I requested was unable to be completed? Thanks Jeremy for sending a mother and her child on the road with a compromised tire. On top of all of this he was very slow to greet me both times I entered the shop and only after I spoke did he speak. I will not be returning.

Jeremy and Brandon were super helpful with my tire repair: I got a nail in one tire, and brought the car to Just Tires for service. Jeremy explained the repair process and the tire was fixed quickly by Brandon. I have been to this location several times previously to have the air pressure checked in all tires; even if nothing is wrong, it is great to have that service especially for those who have difficulty doing it themselves.

It’s left Just stores in Clayton. I had a slow leak in a tire. Zia’s a screw in it and they repaired it complimentary and very quickly. Nice surprise!

Great Job!!!10/24/23 (unable to easily arrange maintenance at my Lexus dealer in Raleigh) I took my '21 Lexus RX350 for 5K Balance & Rotation service at Just Tires in Clayton NC. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my 10am appointment. Joe (Mgr) got me checked in and Kyle (technician) was taking it inside, all in the first 12 minutes. What happened next was simply excellent customer service! Kyle along with 2 other technicians completed my service in 20 minutes. I was blown away. In fact this Just Tires location has earned my business for all of my future tire related needs. I paid $74.28 (Meineke quote was $20 more)Thank You Joe & Kyle BrianClayton NC

Joe was incredibly rude over the phone, cancelled my appointment after seeing reviews and just a brief discussion made me realize I don't even think he's competent enough to change oil.

Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Got my oil changed, bought new back tires, had my alignment adjusted and had my brakes checked. Only thing that my brakes needed was to be flushed because of moisture. I had recently been told by Ford that I needed new brakes and Just Tires reassured me that they are good.

I went to get my oil changed and to get my brakes checked. The only thing that my brakes needed was to be flushed due to moisture. Did need 2 new back tires too. I had recently been told by Ford that I needed new brakes, but turns out that they are fine.

I had a horrible experience at the Garner location on Bratton Drive today. I called the 1-800 number because I was furious. Then swoops in Jeremy of the Clayton location! He made sure I was able to get my oil changed today (and it took some creativity to accomplish it). Unlike the rude guy in Garner that would not honor my scheduled appointment, Jeremy was professional and kind. The guys in the back did a great job and did it efficiently! I have been a customer of the Garner store for years but today I have shifted my loyalty to the Clayton location and Jeremy’s crew! Pay attention Garner store manager! Customer service good and bad makes a difference!

I brought my truck tires in for mounting and balancing. I bought them new on Amazon for specific tires I wanted at a good price and had them install them.I took them in the morning dropped them off and went to work.I picked them up in the evening on my way home.Took them home and put them on.I have a truck so I can easily carry the big tires in the back.The people are super friendly there. The tires were mounted and balanced perfectly. No vibrations or problems.I would go back there again for tires.They did a great job on my tires this week.Do not have military and a little expensive fro bringing in your tires. They only mount brand new ones. TOTALLY worth it!So glad I did not go to PepBoys :)

This place is un professional. They did not do what I requested. I said I needed one tire, and the technician had the nerve to say it needed another tire. He should have asked before doing anything. This up the price, that's ridiculous. Do not trust them to do what you ask. I'm very disappointed I should have been there. Not only that, I made an appointment for 12 pm and didn't finish until 2:45 pm. That's nonsense to make it worse when my son mentioned it. The lady at the front desk had an "I don't care" attitude. This is how you treat a customer. Well, one thing for sure, I will not be calling there for service again.
