I gave him too many chances because a friend uses him. During an oil change in our car I asked him to see if a tune up was needed. collected the car and he said he didn't bother looking at the plugs because it ran fine. Two weeks later we limped it home because the spark plugs were fouled so badly. But hey, he got to charge a diagnostic fee. then he swore he could do the work on my diesel truck. Didn't know how much oil it took, didn't know what kind of antifreeze it needed. Then he said he could fix an intermittent problem I had been having. Took the truck, called me next day to come get it. couldn't find a problem but wanted to come back and run scans again. I found a different mechanic who fixed the problem and this guy charged me $150 for basically cleaning battery terminals. He bad mouths every other mechanic, doesn't listen, talks over top of you. Run away very far, very fast

I went here, explained everything about my brakes, and dropped my car off. After 7 long hours, he said a New rotor and brakes are needed, which cost 350 dollars. I told the owner at the first place, that my rotors and brakes are new, and I only need a brake service job. One of my lug nut of my wheel is missing after I brought my car to this shop, and he even want 10 dollars for it (while if I go to Autozone, it will only cost me 4 dollars to do it myself). For just a basic inspection, this shop charged almost 40 dollars, while other shop do this for FREE (oil change + filter included)... I highly not recommend, 1 star..

Stopped going a couple of years ago after they called my wife.... let's just say not smart. Needless to say I was livid and let Keith know it. A real A$$. Never been back and haven't recommended. They'll up charge you on every chance they get. And if you have coupons for 2 different services you got to bring your car back twice. Only one coupon per visit even though you had 2 services done. And don't be in any hurry to get your car back and on the road. A simple oil change take over an hour. Go elsewhere!!!!

This shop is dishonest! They over charge for work to be done & if you don't let them do the work on the vehicle the will charge you $100.00 for the estimate. The owner is rude & a thief. DON"T Take your car there unless you want to be robbed!

These guys are crooks. First they didn't even quote the price for what i asked them to fix. Then they charged me for the inspection even though we both new it would fail. NEVER EVER GO TO THESE GUYS. They listed cleaning and covering the battery cables? ever hear of baking soda moron? No i don't need you to charge me for that. Listed lots of fluid flushes, ( always a bad sign of a place that lists those frequently). Crooks

I would not trust just any mechanic with my personal auto or fleet of company vehicles. KW's Auto is not only reliable, but beats out their competition on price and customer service. I have been doing business with KW's for over 15 years in Clayton, NC. They stand behind their work and have ALWAYS gone the extra mile to insure customer satisfaction. Be sure to give them a call before you go elsewhere- you'll be glad you did. -Maria Furlough. Clayton, NC

Hard to find someone in Clayton that hasn't been screwed over by this guy or doesn't know a nightmare story of someone else's experience. I thought I was alone until I started talking with my neighbors. If it is anything beyond an oil change, take your car somewhere else. If you do let them change the oil, check to make sure they put some back in the car. If his work causes you a problem, you can be assured he will not stand behind his work, and there are so many better options in this area.
